Abstract: A rotor structure includes a laminated silicon steel sheet structure, end plates, a shaft and a thermoset plastic key. Each silicon steel sheet includes a shaft hole and at least one sheet matching portion, and the sheet matching portion is connected to the shaft hole. The shaft passes through the shaft holes of the silicon steel sheets and the at least one shaft matching portions aligned with the at least one sheet matching portion to form an axial-direction injection passageway. The end plate includes an injection port connected to the axial-direction injection passageway. The thermoset plastic key is formed in the axial-direction injection passageway formed of the aligned shaft matching portions and sheet matching portion by transfer injection molding. The injection material is filled in magnet slots for securing magnets. A rotor manufacturing process is also provided.

Abstract: A hairpin stator includes a core, slot-positions and hairpin wires. The core includes a first side and a second side. The slot-positions are configured on the core circumferentially to form M radially-adjacent slot-position layers, wherein M is an odd number greater than or equal to 5. The hairpin wires are configured in the slot-positions and connected to form a plurality of windings. The hairpin wires include a plurality of first U-shaped wires arranged at an outermost slot-position layer in the radial direction and a plurality of second U-shaped wires arranged at an innermost slot-position layer in the radial direction. Each first U-shaped wire includes a U-shaped section arranged at the outermost slot-position layer and protruding from the first side of the core. Each second U-shaped wire includes a U-shaped section arranged at the innermost slot-position layer and protruding from the second side of the core.

Abstract: An inverter includes an inverter case, a plurality of power modules and a plurality of cooling fins. The inverter case includes an annular portion, a supporting portion and a cooling liquid flow channel. The cooling liquid flow channel is a sealed channel located in the annular portion and the supporting portion, and a cooling liquid inlet and an inverter case cooling liquid flow channel outlet are formed on the annular portion at two ends of the cooling liquid flow channel. The power module is arranged on the supporting portion, and the cooling fins are arranged on the cooling liquid flow channel, the fin parts of the cooling fins are respectively extended and arranged inside the cooling liquid flow channel, and the contact parts of the cooling fins are respectively extended to contact heat transfer parts of corresponding power modules.
