    Abstract: A vehicle apparatus control device includes a state detection apparatus, a provision apparatus, and an optimization apparatus. The state detection apparatus detects a drive state of a driver of a vehicle. The provision apparatus, as a vehicle apparatus, provides information to the driver of the vehicle through one of five senses in a predetermined provision manner. The provision apparatus suggests to the driver that the drive state is out of the appropriate range. The optimization apparatus causes the provision apparatus to provide the information by changing the provision manner when the drive state of the driver detected by the state detection apparatus is out of an appropriate range.
