    Abstract: A solenoid valve includes a valve portion and a solenoid portion. The valve portion has a sleeve and a valve body inserted into the sleeve. The solenoid portion includes a stator core having a magnetic attraction core, a sliding core, a magnetic flux passage suppressing portion that suppresses the passage of magnetic flux between the sliding core and the magnetic attraction core, a magnetic yoke, a coil portion, a plunger, and a magnetic tubular base portion. The base portion is fastened to a first outer peripheral surface of an end on the solenoid portion side in the axial direction of the sleeve, is arranged outside a radial direction of a second outer peripheral surface of the end on the valve portion side in the axial direction of the magnetic attraction core, and comes into contact with the yoke inside the yoke.

The solenoid portion includes a tubular coil portion, a magnetic yoke having a side surface portion and a bottom portion, a columnar plunger, a shaft, a stator core having a core shaft hole for sliding the plunger in the axial direction, and a base portion having a base shaft hole. In a radial thickness of the sleeve, a thickness of a part corresponding to an end outer peripheral surface is smaller than a thickness of a sliding portion of an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve, which is a portion on which the valve body slides.

    Abstract: A solenoid driving a shaft in a direction along a central axis includes a coil that generates magnetic flux and a magnetic container that accommodates the coil. The container has a side surface portion and a bottom portion. A plunger arranged inside the coil and sliding in a direction along the central axis to move the shaft, and a stator core are provided. The stator core has a plunger accommodating portion and a shaft accommodating portion that accommodates the shaft and attracts the plunger. The plunger accommodating portion has a cylindrical core portion that accommodates the plunger inside, and a flange portion that is provided radially outward at an end of the core portion on the bottom portion side and is welded to the bottom portion of the container. A ring core provided on the opposite side of the shaft accommodating portion to the plunger accommodating portion is provided.

    Abstract: A solenoid includes a coil portion, a yoke having a side portion and a bottom portion, a plunger, and a stator core. The stator core has a magnetic attraction core and a sliding core which has a tubular core portion and a first magnetic flux transfer portion formed from the tubular core portion and the core end portion toward an outside in a radial direction to transfer magnetic flux between the yoke and the core portion. A breathing groove communicating an inside and an outside of the first magnetic flux transfer portion in the radial direction is formed on at least one of a first facing surface facing the bottom portion in a first magnetic flux transfer portion and a second facing surface facing the first magnetic flux transfer portion at the bottom portion so as to be positioned in a vertical direction when the solenoid is assembled.

    Abstract: An oil pressure control device includes a valve body and a spool valve arranged in the valve body. When the valve body is mounted to a vehicle, the valve body is arranged in air, and has a concave portion which stores oil at a position facing on an upper side. The spool valve has a damper chamber and an orifice causing the damper chamber to communicate with outside. The concave portion is arranged to communicate with a clearance defined between a sleeve of the spool valve and the valve body, and the orifice is opened in a bottom part of the concave portion.

    Abstract: An end of a first land has a step difference recessing inward of a radial direction of the first land from the edge portion. The step difference has an end point opposite to the edge portion. A throttle portion protrudes from the start point in an axial direction, and includes an outer-peripheral corner (protrusion round portion) having a curved surface protruding in the axial direction and in the radial direction. When an inlet opening starts to be slightly opened, since a hydraulic fluid is throttled when flowing through a second gate opened between a corner of a sleeve and the protrusion round portion, a rapid increasing of a flow quantity of the hydraulic fluid and an instability of a control of the hydraulic fluid can be suppressed.
