    Abstract: A centrifugal blower includes: a centrifugal fan having plural blades arranged around a fan axis and a separation plate to blow out air in a radial direction after being sucked from one side in an axial direction; a fan casing housing the centrifugal fan; a partition plate that defines a first air passage and a second air passage arranged on the other side of the first air passage in the axial direction; and a separation cylinder arranged inside the plural blades in the radial direction. The separation cylinder expands in the radial direction as extending toward the other side in the axial direction, and is shaped to extend outward in the radial direction obliquely to the axial direction at the other end position of the separation cylinder positioned at the other end in the axial direction.

    Abstract: A bladed wheel of a blower device has a main plate, a side plate and multiple fan blades between the main plate and the side plate. A fan casing of the blower device has a bell mouth portion and a guide wall portion, which extends in a radial-outward direction from an axial rear-side end of the bell mouth portion to an outer periphery of the side plate. An air reflecting space is formed in the fan casing at a radial-outside position of the guide wall portion and at an axial front-side position of the fan casing between an axial rear-side end of the guide wall portion and an axial front-end wall portion of the fan casing. Air blown out from the bladed wheel flows through an air blow-out passage, wherein sound wave of the air from the bladed wheel and sound wave of the air from the air reflecting space interfere with each other so that noise is decreased.

    Abstract: A centrifugal multi-blade blower includes an impeller, and a casing that accommodates the impeller, and draws in air at least from an inlet port of the casing which opens on one end side of a rotation shaft and blows out the air radially outward of the rotation shaft. The impeller includes a main plate that is joined to the rotation shaft, vanes which are arranged around the axis of the rotation shaft and the other end sides of which in the rotation axis direction are connected to the main plate, and a side plate that connects together the vanes on their one end sides in the rotation axis direction. The vanes are characterized in that an inlet angle on a cross-sectional surface crossing each inner peripheral edge part of the vanes on a meridian plane of the impeller in a predetermined direction is evenly made in the entire region from the side plate-side through the main plate-side, and that outer peripheral edge parts of the vanes are configured to be away from the axis of the rotation shaft from the main plate-side toward the side plate-side.

    Abstract: A centrifugal blower device includes a rotating shaft, a turbo fan unit and a casing. A shroud ring of the turbo fan unit and a cover portion of the casing form a gap between them. The gap includes a radial gap formed between the cover portion and the shroud ring in a radial direction and an axial gap formed between the cover portion and the shroud ring in an axial direction. The radial gap is located at a position outside of a shroud-side inner peripheral end in the radial direction. The axial gap is located at a position inside of the radial direction in the radial direction. A minimum gap dimension of the radial gap is smaller than a minimum gap dimension of the axial gap. A shortest distance between the shroud-side inner peripheral end and the cover portion is larger than the minimum gap dimension of the radial gap.

    Abstract: A centrifugal blower includes a centrifugal fan and a case that houses the centrifugal fan. A blade of the centrifugal fan has an intake side edge portion extending from a shroud inward in a radial direction. The intake side edge portion has a negative pressure side inclined portion inclined to a negative pressure surface side of the blade with respect to an axial direction. The negative pressure side inclined portion has an inclination length in the axial direction, and the inclination length is larger in a reverse flow portion of the intake side edge portion close to the shroud than in a radially innermost portion of the intake side edge portion located at an innermost side in the radial direction.
