    Abstract: A center device that manages data to be written in an electronic control device and performs, by an application program, functions to transmit update data to a vehicle by wireless communication is provided. An application program implementing at least one of the functions adopts a serverless architecture. The application program is activated upon occurrence of an event and is dynamically allocated with a resource in an on-demand manner for execution of a code of the application program. The resource is released when the execution of the code is terminated. The center device is configured to receive vehicle configuration information and determine whether there is campaign information; generate campaign notification information; manage a generation state of the campaign notification information; and distribute the campaign notification information.

    Abstract: A vehicle information communication system including a center apparatus and a vehicle apparatus is provided. The vehicle apparatus is mounted in a vehicle and includes electronic control units (ECUs) each associated with a respective ECU software identifier (SWID). The vehicle apparatus send the ECU SWIDs of the ECUs to the center apparatus via the wireless communications. When all of the ECU SWIDs received from the vehicle apparatus are included in any one of approved ECU SWID combinations and software update data exists for at least one of the ECUs, the center apparatus sends the software update data to the vehicle apparatus via the wireless communications. The vehicle apparatus performs ECU software update based on the software update data sent from the center apparatus.

    Abstract: A vehicle information communication system including a center device and an in-vehicle device is provided. When pieces of configuration information regarding configurations of respective devices are received from electronic control units, the in-vehicle device transmits a configuration information list including the pieces of configuration information to the center device. The center device includes a configuration information storage unit storing the configuration information list approved with respect a vehicle type, compares the configuration information list received from the in-vehicle device with the configuration information list stored in the configuration information storage unit. When the center device determines that the configuration information list received from the in-vehicle device is disapproved, the center device transmits a presence of abnormality to the in-vehicle device.

    Abstract: In one aspect of the present disclosure, a distribution package that is generated in advance is stored in a package DB, and information of a vehicle in which a target device is mounted is stored in a campaign DB. Vehicle related information includes a special flag indicating whether to generate a distribution package at that point in time. A package generation unit generates a distribution package upon receiving a package generation instruction and stores the distribution package in the package DB. When the special flag is in a reset state, the package generation unit reads the distribution package from the package DB and transfers the read distribution package to a package distribution unit. On the other hand, when the special flag is in a set state, the package generation unit generates a distribution package at that point in time.

    Abstract: An individual vehicle information database of a center device has a waiting queue used to sequentially write a plurality of individual vehicle information transferred by an individual vehicle information registration unit. When attempting to transfer individual vehicle information sent from a master device to the individual vehicle information database, the individual vehicle information registration unit refers to the waiting queue, and if a write waiting number is less than a predetermined number, the individual vehicle information is stored in the waiting queue. If the write waiting number is at least the predetermined number, the individual vehicle information is stored in the waiting queue if any of individual vehicle information has content satisfying a write priority condition. If all of the individual vehicle information have content not satisfying the write priority condition, the vehicle information is not stored in the waiting queue.

    Abstract: When configuration information regarding configurations of respective devices are received from electronic control units, the in-vehicle device generates a hash value based on data values of the configuration information, and transmits the hash value to a center device. The center device compares the hash value received from the in-vehicle device with a hash value of configuration information of the vehicle stored in a vehicle-side configuration information storage unit of the center device, and notifies the in-vehicle device of a full data transmission request for transmitting all data values of the configuration information when both of the hash values do not match each other. When the in-vehicle device is notified of the full data transmission request, the in-vehicle device transmits all of the data values of the configuration information to the center device.
