    Abstract: A refrigeration cycle device includes: a compressor; a heat radiating unit that causes refrigerant to heat air supplied to a space inside a vehicle cabin; a decompression unit that decompresses the refrigerant; an outside air heat absorbing unit that causes the refrigerant to absorb heat from outside air; a waste heat absorbing unit that causes the refrigerant to absorb waste heat of a waste heat device; a shutter that opens and closes a passage for the outside air introduced into the outside air heat absorbing unit; and a control unit that closes the shutter when it is determined that an amount of waste heat of the waste heat device is larger than an amount of heat absorbed by the refrigerant in the outside air heat absorbing unit and the waste heat absorbing unit.

    Abstract: A vehicle heat exchange system includes a cooling heat exchanger provided in a cooling water circuit, a first air-conditioning heat exchanger as an evaporator in a heat pump system, a hydrothermal-medium heat exchanger as a refrigerant condenser in the heat pump system, a second air-conditioning heat exchanger, and an air conditioning passage in which the first air-conditioning heat exchanger and the second air-conditioning heat exchanger are disposed. A vehicle interior-exterior communication port is provided at a downstream side of the second air-conditioning heat exchanger in the air conditioning passage, to guide the air having passed through the second air-conditioning heat exchanger, to an outside of the vehicle interior. The cooling water for cooling the heating element flows through the second air-conditioning heat exchanger, and the air having passed through the second air-conditioning heat exchanger is discharged outside the vehicle interior through the vehicle interior-exterior communication port.

    Abstract: A shutter device includes a frame member, a plurality of blades, an actuator device, and an auxiliary member. The frame member is formed in a casing shape, and air introduced from a front opening of the vehicle flows through an inside passage of the frame member. The blades are supported by the frame member in a rotatable manner, and open and close space within a casing of the frame member. The actuator device opens and closes the blades. Auxiliary member is assembled to the frame member to assist a blades supporting function of the frame member.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger includes tubes and a header tank. The header tank includes a core plate and a tank body. The core plate includes a tube connection surface and a receiving portion that houses an end portion of the tank body. The receiving portion includes a bottom wall and an inner wall that connects the bottom wall to the tube connection surface. The tube connection surface and the inner wall are connected to a rib. The rib is located between adjacent two tubes and inclined with respect to a longitudinal direction of the tubes. The rib includes one end connected to the tube connection surface and an other end connected to the inner wall. The tubes includes lateral ends in the width direction, and a clearance, which has a specified dimension, is defined between the inner wall and the lateral ends in the width direction.

    Abstract: A core plate of header tanks in a heat exchanger includes a tube joint portion on which a plurality of tube insertion holes is formed, a receiving portion surrounding the tube joint portion and housing a tip part adjacent to the core plate in the tank body portion, and a inclined portion connecting between the receiving portion and the tube joint portion and inclined with respect to a longitudinal direction of the tube. The inclined portion is provided on the core plate such that a first virtual line extending linearly along the inclined portion from the receiving portion toward the tube joint portion and a second virtual line extending linearly along the tube joint portion in a direction of a long diameter in a cross section of the tube are intersected outside of the tube in the width direction of the tube.
