摘要: The invention relates to a heat exchanger arrangement having at least one multipass heat exchanger, which comprises a first distributor (1), a second distributor (2) and at least one tubular diverter distributor (4) having a predefined tube cross-section (AU), and a tube arrangement (25) having a plurality of tubes (5) which are at least substantially parallel to one another and have a predefined tube cross-section (AR), through which a fluid—particularly, water—can flow and which are arranged in the tube arrangement (25) in columns with a predefined number of columns (n), wherein the first distributor (1) and the second distributor (2) are arranged at one end (A) of the heat exchanger arrangement and the diverter distributor (4) is arranged at the opposing end (B), and the tubes (5) extend from the one end (A) to the opposing end (B) and are connected to the diverter distributor (4) and the first or the second distributor (1, 2), and at least one vent opening (10) is arranged at a highest point (T), or at least in the vicinity of the highest point (T), of the diverter distributor (4) to equalize the pressure with the surroundings. In order to enable rapid filling of the heat exchanger arrangement with the fluid, a valve (11) is arranged in the at least one vent opening (10). When the valve (11) is fully opened, a flow cross-section (d) is clear for the passage of air, and the pipe cross-section (AU) of the diverter distributor (4) and the flow cross-section (d) of the valve (11) are the same as or greater than a minimum cross-section (Dmin), which is calculated from the product of the number of columns in the tube arrangement (25) and the pipe cross-section (AR) of the tubes (Dmin=n AR).

The plurality of flat pipes include two groups of first flat pipes, which are positioned on the outermost side in an axial direction of the collecting pipe, and a second flat pipe, which is positioned between the two groups of first flat pipes; and the collecting pipe includes two first parts, which correspond to the two groups of first flat pipes in the axial direction of the collecting pipe, and a second part, which is positioned between the two first parts. The tensile strength of at least one group of first flat pipes from the two groups of first flat pipes in the axial direction of the collecting pipe is greater than the tensile strength of the second flat pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe and/or the tensile strength of at least one first part from the two first parts of the collecting pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe is greater than the tensile strength of the second part of the collecting pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe. By means of the heat exchanger in the present invention, the bursting strength of the heat exchanger can be improved.

摘要: A heat exchanger assembly for a motor vehicle includes a heat exchanger having at least one inlet tank, at least one outlet tank, and a plurality of exchanger tubes of an exchanger core. The exchanger tubes connect the inlet tank and the outlet tank and extend along a transverse axis that extends perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the motor vehicle. Each exchanger tube defines a fluid passage path for fluid. A first pair of adjacent exchanger tubes form a first air passage path therebetween for ambient air and a second pair of adjacent exchanger tubes form a second air passage path therebetween for ambient air. The first air passage path has an air flow resistance that is different from an air flow resistance of the second air passage path.

The coolant may be flowable through the heat exchanger via the plurality of cooling tubes. Air may be flowable through the heat exchanger from the air inlet surface to the air outlet surface. The channel structure may include a plurality of channels, which may each include a plurality of outlet nozzles via which the sprinkler fluid is appliable to the plurality of cooling tubes.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger core, a second heat exchanger core and a connection part. Heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core include first circuit heat exchange tubes. A length of the heat exchange tube of the first heat exchanger core is greater than a length of the heat exchange tube of the second heat exchanger core. The connection part includes a first connection part through which the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the first heat exchanger core are connected with the first circuit heat exchange tubes of the second heat exchanger core. The heat exchange tubes of at least one of the first heat exchanger core and the second heat exchanger core further include second circuit heat exchange tubes. First circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the first circuit heat exchange tubes and second circuit heat exchange tube groups each constituted by at least one of the second circuit heat exchange tubes are arranged alternately. Thereby, the heat exchange performance can be improved at both partial load and full load.
