    Abstract: An antenna package according to an embodiment includes a plurality of antenna units including first antenna units and second antenna units, a circuit board electrically connected to the antenna units. The circuit board includes a core layer including a first surface and a second surface facing each other, a first circuit wiring disposed on the first surface of the core layer and electrically connected to the first antenna units, and a second circuit wiring distributed on the first and second surfaces of the core layer and electrically connected to the second antenna units. Antenna units of different resonance frequencies can be efficiently included in the package using the circuit wiring design.

    Abstract: An antenna module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of first sensing electrode rows, a plurality of second sensing electrode columns spaced apart from the first sensing electrode rows, an insulating interlayer formed between the first sensing electrode rows and the second sensing electrode columns, and an antenna unit inserted in at least one second sensing electrode column of the second sensing electrode columns to be electrically and physically separated from the second sensing electrode columns.     Abstract: A multi-sensor structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a base layer, a first touch-fingerprint sensor electrode layer disposed on a top surface of the base layer, a second touch-fingerprint sensor electrode layer disposed at an upper level of the first touch-fingerprint sensor electrode layer, and an antenna electrode layer spaced apart from the first touch-fingerprint sensor electrode layer and the second touch-fingerprint sensor electrode layer in a planar direction.
