Abstract: Embodiments of a polyethylene composition are provided, which may include a first polyethylene fraction comprising at least one peak in a temperature range of from 40 C to 75 C in an elution profile via improved comonomer composition distribution (iCCD) analysis method, where a first polyethylene area fraction is an area in the elution profile from 40 C to 75 C, and where the first polyethylene fraction area comprises from 45% to 65% of the total area of the elution profile; and a second polyethylene fraction comprising at least one peak in a temperature range of from 85 C to 110 C in the elution profile, where a second polyethylene area fraction is an area in the elution profile from 85 C to 110 C, and where the second polyethylene fraction area comprises from 15% to 35% of the total area of the elution profile, wherein the polyethylene composition has a density of 0.905 g/cm3 to 0.918 g/cm3, a melt index (I2) of 0.7 g/10 minutes to 3.5 g/10 minutes, and wherein the composition has a melt index ratio (I10/I2) that meets the following equation: I10/I2

Abstract: The instant invention provides an ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer composition suitable for blown film applications, and blown films made therefrom. The ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer composition suitable for blown film applications according to the present invention comprises greater than 80 percent by weight of units derived from ethylene and 20 percent or less by weight of units derived from one or more alpha olefin co-monomers, wherein said ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer has a density in the range of from 0.910 to 0.918 g/cm3, a melt index I2 in the range of from 0.5 to 1.1 g/10 minutes, a melt flow ratio I10/I2 in the range of from 8 to 10, a melt strength in the range of from 3 to 6 cN, a highest temperature fraction in the range of from 11 to 14 percent determined by CEF, a highest peak temperature fraction by CEF in range of from 96 to 100° C., and a lowest temperature fraction from CEF in the range of from 2 to 5 percent, and a DSC heat curve having three melting peaks with a highest temperature melting peak in the range of from 120 to 124° C., a crystallinity in the range of from 40 to 50 percent.

Abstract: The instant invention provides a polyolefin composition suitable for packaging applications, films, multilayer structures and packaging devices made therefrom. The polyolefin composition according to the present invention comprises: an ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer composition comprising (a) from 50 to 75 percent by weight of a first ethylene/α-olefin copolymer fraction having a density in the range of 0.894 to 0.908 g/cm3, a melt index (I2) in the range of from 0.2 to 1 g/10 minutes, and (b) from 25 to 50 percent by weight of a second ethylene/α-olefin copolymer fraction, and wherein said ethylene/α-olefin interpolymer composition has a density in the range of 0.910 to 0.924 g/cm3, a melt index (I2) in the range of from 0.5 to 2 g/10 minutes, a zero shear viscosity ratio (ZSVR) in the range of from 1.15 to 2.5, a molecular weight distribution, expressed as the ratio of the weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight (Mw/Mn) in the range of from 2.0 to 4.0, and tan delta at 0.1 radian/second and 190° C. in the range of from 6 to 43.

Abstract: According to one or more embodiments, a polyethylene composition that is suitable for packaging applications may include a first polyethylene fraction and a second polyethylene fraction.
