    摘要: To provide an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer which is excellent in heat resistance and flexibility.An ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer comprising repeating units (A) based on tetrafluoroethylene and repeating units (B) based on ethylene in a ratio of repeating units (A)/repeating units (B)=66/34 to 75/25 (molar ratio) and as an optional component, repeating units (C) based on a monomer represented by CH2═CX(CF2)nY (wherein each of X and Y which are independent of each other is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and n is from 2 to 8) in an amount of from 0 to 1 mol % based on the total number of moles of the repeating units (A) based on tetrafluoroethylene and the repeating units (B) based on ethylene, and having a volume flow rate measured at 297° C. of from 4 to 1,000 mm3/sec and an elastic modulus of at most 500 MPa.

    摘要: To provide a method for purifying tetrafluoroethylene by removing, from tetrafluoroethylene containing a polymerization inhibitor, the polymerization inhibitor by adsorption.A method of bringing tetrafluoroethylene containing a polymerization inhibitor into contact with a silica gel containing a metal salt in an amount of from 250 to 100,000 mass ppm as calculated as metal atoms to remove the polymerization inhibitor by adsorption, and the metal salt is preferably a salt of a metal of Group 3 to 13 of the Periodic Table, more preferably a salt of a metal of Group 8 to 10 of the Periodic Table. For example, as the metal salt, a salt of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of iron, cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium and platinum may be used.

    摘要: A multilayer laminate containing a laminate (I)/(II) formed by directly bonding by means of thermal lamination or the like, a layer (I) made of a fluororesin (A) with a functional group (a) and a layer (II) made of a thermoplastic resin (B) with a functional group (b) capable of forming a chemical bond by reacting with the functional group (a) of the fluororesin, wherein the fluororesin (A) has a low melting point of from 120 to 230° C. The laminate may, for example, be a multiplayer laminate containing a layer obtained by directly laminating a layer (I) made of a fluororesin (A) containing an acid anhydride residue (for example, a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene/hexafluoropropylene/(perfluorobutyl)ethylene)/itaconic anhydride copolymer) and a layer (II) made of an amine-modified thermoplastic resin (B) (for example, a polyurethane modified with a silane coupling agent containing an amino group). The laminate is excellent in interlayer adhesion and productivity.

    摘要: To provide an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition having a high melt flowability while the mechanical properties of the obtainable molded product are maintained. The ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition (C) has a melt viscosity of from 80 to 500 Pa·s, preferably from 100 to 300 Pa·s and a tensile elongation of from 200 to 500%, preferably from 350 to 450%. The copolymer composition (C) is obtainable by melt kneading an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (A) having a low melt viscosity of from 60 to 400 Pa·s, preferably from 80 to 300 Pa·s and an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (B) having a melt viscosity higher than this i.e. from 600 to 10,000 Pa·s, preferably from 1,000 to 7,000 Pa·s in a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=50/50 to 99/1, preferably (A)/(B)=60/40 to 97/3.
