    摘要: A multilayer laminate containing a laminate (I)/(II) that is formed by directly bonding a layer (I) made of a fluororesin (A) having a functional group (a), said fluororesin (A) being an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene/CH2═CH—Rf, wherein Rf copolymer is a C2-6 perfluoroalkyl group, and in the copolymer, the molar ratio of repeating units based on ethylene/repeating units based on tetrafluoroethylene/repeating units based on hexafluoropropylene/repeating units based on CH2═ CH—Rf ranges from 40/47/10/3 to 46.9/46.9/6/0.2 and a layer (II) made of a thermoplastic resin (B) having a functional group (b) that is capable of forming a chemical bond by reacting with the functional group (a) of the fluororesin, wherein the fluororesin (A) has a melting point ranging from 120 to 230° C.

    摘要: A multilayer laminate containing a laminate (I)/(II) formed by directly bonding by means of thermal lamination or the like, a layer (I) made of a fluororesin (A) with a functional group (a) and a layer (II) made of a thermoplastic resin (B) with a functional group (b) capable of forming a chemical bond by reacting with the functional group (a) of the fluororesin, wherein the fluororesin (A) has a low melting point of from 120 to 230° C. The laminate may, for example, be a multiplayer laminate containing a layer obtained by directly laminating a layer (I) made of a fluororesin (A) containing an acid anhydride residue (for example, a tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene/hexafluoropropylene/(perfluorobutyl)ethylene)/itaconic anhydride copolymer) and a layer (II) made of an amine-modified thermoplastic resin (B) (for example, a polyurethane modified with a silane coupling agent containing an amino group). The laminate is excellent in interlayer adhesion and productivity.

    摘要: A fluorocopolymer which comprises repeating units (a) based on tetrafluoroethylene and/or chlorotrifluoroethylene, repeating units (b) based on a cyclic hydrocarbon monomer having a dicarboxylic anhydride group and an endocyclic polymerizable unsaturated group, and repeating units (c) based on other monomer, wherein the repeating units (a) are from 50 to 99.89 mol %, the repeating units (b) are from 0.01 to 5 mol % and the repeating units (c) are from 0.1 to 49.99 mol %, based on the total molar amount of the repeating units (a), (b) and (c), and which has a volume flow rate of from 0.1 to 1,000 mm3/sec., and a laminate and coated product thereof. The fluorocopolymer is excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, weather resistance, stress cracking resistance and fuel barrier properties. The laminate is excellent in interlaminar bonding and fuel barrier properties. The coated product is excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and lubricating properties.

    摘要: The present invention provides an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition having a high melt flowability while maintaining satisfactory mechanical properties in the obtainable molded product are maintained. The ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition (C) has a melt viscosity of from 80 to 500 Pa·s, preferably from 100 to 300 Pa·s and a tensile elongation of from 200 to 500%, preferably from 350 to 450%. The copolymer composition (C) is may be obtained by melt kneading an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (A) having a low melt viscosity of from 60 to 400 Pa·s, preferably from 80 to 300 Pa·s and an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (B) having a melt viscosity higher than this i.e. from 600 to 10,000 Pa·s, preferably from 1,000 to 7,000 Pa·s in a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=50/50 to 99/1, preferably (A)/(B)=60/40 to 97/3.

The fluorocopolymer has a low fuel permeability coefficient and is excellent in the fuel barrier properties.
