摘要: A coke control reactor, and a device and method for preparing low-carbon olefins from an oxygen-containing compound are provided. The coke control reactor includes a coke control reactor shell, a reaction zone I, and a coke controlled catalyst settling zone; a cross-sectional area at any position of the reaction zone I is less than that of the coke controlled catalyst settling zone; n baffles are arranged in a vertical direction in the reaction zone I; the n baffles divide the reaction zone I into m reaction zone I subzones; and a catalyst circulation hole is formed in each of the baffles, such that a catalyst flows in the reaction zone I in a preset manner. A catalyst charge in the present coke control reactor can be automatically adjusted, and an average residence time of a catalyst in the coke control reactor can be controlled by changing process operating conditions.

摘要: The present application discloses a method for partially regenerating a methanol to olefin catalyst, comprising: placing a deactivated methanol to olefin catalyst in a regenerator to carry out a partial regeneration reaction to obtain a regenerated catalyst; at least a portion of the regenerated catalyst has a coke amount of more than 1%. The present application discloses a methanol to olefin process, the methanol to olefin reaction is carried out in a fluidized bed with the use of a methanol to olefin catalyst, wherein at least a portion of the regenerated catalyst has a coke amount of more than 1%.

摘要: A fast fluidized bed reactor, device and method for preparing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and benzene, resolving or improving the competition problem between an MTO reaction and an alkylation reaction during the process of producing para-xylene and co-producing light olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and benzene, and achieving a synergistic effect between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction. By controlling the mass transfer and reaction, competition between the MTO reaction and the alkylation reaction is coordinated and optimized to facilitate a synergistic effect of the two reactions, so that the conversion rate of benzene, the yield of para-xylene, and the selectivity of light olefins are increased.

摘要: A turbulent fluidized-bed reactor, device and method for preparing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons from oxygen-containing compounds. The device includes the turbulent fluidized-bed reactor and a fluidized-bed regenerator for regenerating a catalyst. The method includes: a) feeding a raw material containing the oxygen-containing compounds from n reactor feed distributors to a reaction zone of the turbulent fluidized-bed reactor, and contacting the raw material with a catalyst, to generate a stream containing target product and a spent catalyst containing carbon; b) sending the stream discharged into a product separation system, obtaining propylene, C4 hydrocarbons, light fractions and the like after separation, returning 70 wt. % or more of the light fractions to the reaction zone of the turbulent fluidized-bed reactor from the reactor feed distributor, and reacting ethylene and the oxygen-containing compounds to perform an alkylation reaction in presence of the catalyst, to produce products of propylene and the like.

摘要: This invention discloses an approach for the separation of the close-boiling mixture of polyols. The raw material is ethylene glycol containing miscellaneous polyols (such as 1,2-propylene glycol and 1,2-butanediol). Over an acid catalyst, these miscellaneous polyols, through (1) a dehydration reaction, (2) pinacol rearrangement, and (3) acetalization or ketalization reaction, are converted into aldehydes (small amounts), acetals, and ketals (trace amount), which are simultaneously and readily separated via distillation. Meanwhile, after the reaction, the mixture is further separated to obtain an ethylene glycol product at a high purity. The invention provides a technique to remove the miscellaneous polyols from ethylene glycol via liquid-phase dehydration reactions under mild conditions, with low energy consumption. In particular, this approach is markedly effective for the removal of 1,2-butanediol that is difficult to be removed via conventional techniques. The purity of the resulting ethylene glycol product is high, and value-added acetals or ketals are co-produced.

摘要: A fluidized bed reactor includes a main shell and a coke control zone shell; the main shell includes an upper shell and a lower shell; the upper shell encloses a gas-solid separation zone, and the lower shell encloses a reaction zone; the reaction zone axially communicates with the gas-solid separation zone; the coke control zone shell is circumferentially arranged on an outer wall of the main shell; the coke control zone shell and the main shell enclose an annular cavity, and the annular cavity is a coke control zone; n baffles are radially arranged in the coke control zone, and the n baffles divide the coke control zone into n coke control zone subzones, where n is an integer; the coke control zone subzones are provided with a coke control raw material inlet; and a catalyst circulation hole is formed in each of n−1 of the baffles.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing low carbon olefins and/or aromatics from feedstock comprising naphtha. The method can include the following steps: a) feeding feedstock comprising naphtha into a fast fluidized bed reactor; b) contacting the feedstock with a catalyst under conditions to produce a gas product and spent catalyst; c) separating the gas product to produce a stream comprising primarily one or more low carbon olefins and/or one or more aromatics; d) transporting the spent catalyst to a regenerator; e) regenerating the spent catalyst in the regenerator to form regenerated catalyst; and f) returning the regenerated catalyst to the fast fluidized bed reactor.
