Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-bolt loosening test machine for flange with tension, bending and torsion compound loading. The multi-bolt loosening test machine for flange with tension, bending and torsion compound loading uses a transverse load generated by a three-phase asynchronous motor as a bending load applied to a flange, uses a tension force generated by a hydraulic puller as an axial tension load, and uses a torque generated by a servo motor as a torque load applied to the flange. The test machine is different from the current device that can apply two compound loads to a single bolt, and can apply three compound loads to the multi-bolt connection flanges. The present invention can isolate three compound loads from each other without interference, and display the applied loads in real time.

Abstract: A magnetofluid pump device for IGBT heat dissipation and a test method therefor are provided. The magnetofluid pump device uses a liquid metal as a coolant, which can absorb more heat than an ordinary water-cooling device and better dissipate heat for IGBT chips. Temperature and pressure changes in an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of a magnetofluid pump can be monitored in real time through temperature sensors and pressure sensors, and temperature changes of the IGBT chips can be observed in real time through a thermal imager. The test method for the magnetofluid pump device for IGBT heat dissipation proposed by the present invention is simple and easy to implement. A magnetic fluid can be driven to flow by energizing positive and negative electrodes in the magnetofluid pump under the action of magnetic fields, and water-cooling equipment can dissipate heat for the magnetic fluid in the magnetofluid pump.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for shape error in-situ measurement of large-scale torus, which comprises an attitude adjusting part, a rotating part and a measuring part. The attitude adjusting part comprises an attitude adjusting platform, an attitude adjusting platform motor and an adapter panel, wherein the attitude adjusting platform can adjust the rotation angles along z-axis and x-axis, the angle adjusted is controlled by the attitude adjusting platform motor, and the attitude adjusting part is connected with the rotating part through the adapter panel; the rotating part comprises a rotating index plate base and a high-precision rotating index plate which is released from fixation by a lever for rotating, rotated manually for a required angle, and then fixed again by restoring the lever; the measuring part comprises a sensor clamp, sensor holders, contact sensors and associated equipment, wherein the sensor clamp is positioned with the rotating index plate by a mandrel and then fixed by two bolts and nuts; and the sensor clamp has four groups of sensor jacks in total, with at least three jacks in each group, and a sensor holder is installed in each sensor jack and used for fixing each sensor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a vibration and strain monitoring method for key positions of a tunnel boring machine (TBM), and belongs to the technical field of real-time monitoring for underground construction of the TBM. The present invention aims to provide a monitoring device and an all-weather monitoring and forecasting system thereof. The present invention acquires monitoring data through vibration and strain sensors and a wireless data transmission system, thereby realizing long-term real-time monitoring for vibration and strain states of key positions of a main machine system of the TBM during operation, reminding operators in time for maintenance and repair, preventing fatigue breakage on key weak positions of the main machine system of the TBM and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the TBM. The present invention further provides an evaluation method for strain states of positions which cannot be measured, i.e., an equivalent mapping method, thereby building a set of vibration monitoring and strain monitoring systems for the tunneling process of the key positions of the main machine system of the TBM.

Abstract: A tool quick-stop device for a lathe has a base, bottom plate, front side plate, rear side plate, right side plate, left side plate, top fixed plate, tool bar, cam lever, buffer spring, cylindrical guide rail, adjusting nut, first locking nut, double end stud, second locking nut, pressure spring, pressing plate, hold-down bolt and pin shaft. The cam lever supports the tool bar before tool falling. When tool falling is required, the cam lever is rotated through external force. When the cam lever rotates over a certain position, the tool bar instantaneously loses supporting force. Under strong pressure of the pressure spring, the tool bar falls the tool with great acceleration and is separated from the cutting region in a short period of time and the cutting root is frozen.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a piezoelectric patch-based real-time and high-precision bolt preload detection method and system. A piezoelectric patch is used as an ultrasonic excitation source and pasted on the head of a bolt, and the high-precision fitting relationship between the ultrasonic change of time-of-flight and the bolt preload is established according to the law of the ultrasonic change of time-of-flight of single echo with the stress so that the real-time detection of the bolt preload is realized by using the mathematical relationship. Compared with the previous method using ultrasonic probes, the present invention eliminates the error caused by the uncertainty of couplant thickness and further improves the measurement precision by using the change of time-of-flight of single echo. Meanwhile, the low-error rate measurement of the bolt preload is realized at a low cost and without affecting the structural performance.

Abstract: The present invention provides a testing machine for accurately controlling looseness of a transverse load, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical testing devices. The testing machine for accurately controlling looseness of the transverse load uses a motor to control the generated transverse displacement, controls the generated transverse load by controlling the motor, and controls the motor through signal feedback from the sensor to keep the generated transverse load basically stable within a small range of a fixed value. Unlike the existing testing machine for looseness of the transverse load that can only provide one fixed transverse displacement load, the present invention can provide a desired stable transverse displacement load and can provide a desired stable transverse force load to adapt to simulation experiments for different bolt loading conditions.
