    摘要： An input tracking current mirror for a differential amplifier system includes a current mirror having an input leg and an output leg, a differential amplifier including a first set of at least two transconductance components, each having at least one input terminal for receiving input signals, the first set of at least two transconductance components having a first common node connected to the output leg which has a first voltage that is a function of the input signals, and a tracking circuit including a second set of at least two transconductance components each having at least one input terminal for receiving the input signals, the second set of at least two transconductance components, having a second common node connected to the input leg which has a second voltage that is a function of the input signals, the tracking circuit driving the second voltage on the input leg to track the first voltage on the output leg with variations in the input signals.

The frame can include a bridge configured to be supported on the nose of the user and a brow portion coupled to and extending away from the bridge and configured to be positioned over a side of a brow of the user. The frame can further include an arm coupled to the brow portion and extending to a free end. The first arm can be positionable over a temple of the user with the free end disposed near an ear of the user. The device can also include a transparent display affixed to the frame adjacent the brow portion and an input affixed to the frame and configured for receiving from the user an input associated with a function. Information related to the function can be presentable on the display.

    摘要： A method for determining a SiGe deposition condition so as to improve yield of a semiconductor structure. Fabrication of the semiconductor structure starts with a single-crystal silicon (Si) layer. Then, first and second shallow trench isolation (STI) regions are formed in the single-crystal Si layer. The STI regions sandwich and define a first single-crystal Si region. Next, silicon-germanium (SiGe) mixture is deposited on top of the structure in a SiGe deposition condition so as to grow (i) a second single-crystal silicon region grows up from the top surface of the first single-crystal silicon region and (ii) first and second polysilicon regions from the top surfaces of the first and second STI regions, respectively. By increasing SiGe deposition temperature and/or lowering precursor flow rate until the resulting yield is within a pre-specified range, a satisfactory SiGe deposition condition can be determined for mass production of the structure.
