In one exemplary embodiment, a surgical clip applier is provided having a housing with a trigger movably coupled thereto and an elongate shaft extending therefrom with opposed jaws formed on a distal end thereof. The trigger is adapted to advance a clip to position the clip between the jaws, and to move the jaws from an open position to a closed position to crimp the clip positioned therebetween.

In various embodiments, multi-monitor (multimon) support is leveraged to take advantage of multiple windowing and window positioning to separate elements of different tasks into information planes (which are based on a concept of “triage and focus”). Triage watches the flow of incoming information and determines the nature of the information. Based on the nature of the information and principles of human perception, Focus (or defocus) displays the information where the information is best viewed.

    摘要： Disclosed herein is a fracturing unit for hydraulic fracturing having an engine and a fracturing pump connected to the engine through a variable speed torque converter. Also disclosed is a hydraulic fracturing system using multiple fracturing units which are sized similar to ISO containers. A hydraulic fracturing system may also force flow back water, produced water, or fresh water through a heat exchanger so that heat from the fracturing engines can be transferred to these liquids in order to vaporize them. A force cooled fractioning unit then can accept the vapor/steam in order to condense the various components and produce distilled water for re-use in the fracturing process or for release into the environment.

    摘要： A ladder hoist attachment consists of a boom and prop combination that allows a conventional ladder to be used to hoist heavy loads. The boom assembly consists of a number of feet that removably attach to a rung of the ladder; a boom that extends horizontally over the top rung of the ladder; and braces connecting the feet and boom that also rest against the top rung of the ladder. One end of the prop removably attaches to a lower rung of the ladder. The other end of the prop has a vertical step to hold the ladder at a predetermined distance away from the edge of the roof. A winch or pulley is suspended from the end of the boom extending over the top rung of the ladder to allow loads to be lifted through the prop and between the ladder and the building. After the load has been lifted above the height of the roof, the end of the prop against the building is lifted by the user to allow the ladder to be moved to rest against the edge of the roof, thus allowing the load to be lowered on to the roof.
