    摘要： A composition suitable for topical application to the skin or hair, comprises:a. a dialkyl or dialkenyl phosphate salt having the structure (1): ##STR1## and b. a branched or unbranched, monoalkyl or monoalkenyl phosphate salt (or mixtures thereof) having the structure (2): ##STR2## where R.sup.01, R.sup.02 and R.sup.03 are each chosen from branched or unbranched, alkyl or alkenyl groups having an average of from 7 to 9 carbon atoms;X, Y and Z are each chosen from H, alkali metal, ammonium and substituted ammonium counterions; anda, b and c are each chosen from 0 or a value of from 1 to 4;the weight ratio of the monoalkyl or monoalkenyl phosphate salt to the dialkyl or dialkenyl phosphate salt being from 1:1000 to 1:5.

    摘要： A sprayable cosmetic product is provided that includes a clear bottle capable of withstanding at least 10 psig fitted with a spray nozzle, and a clear, single-phase cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition will contain a hydrocarbon propellant and a concentrate which may contain .alpha.-olefin sulphonate salts, alkyl polyglucosides and betaines as well as mixtures thereof. Upon activation of the spray nozzle, a thick, creamy mousse is expressed. The cosmetic compositions preferably will have a pH ranging from about 3.0 to 6.5. Best aesthetic appeal is achieved with a red dye which has been stabilized with a UV absorbing agent.

    摘要： A method of applying a protective varnish layer on a hydrophilic surface carrying at least one area of hydrophobic ink, and the resultant product. The method comprises: applying to at least the inked portions of the surface a layer of an aqueous dispersion containing 5% to about 60% by weight of a film forming polymer or copolymer and 0.5% to about 10% of an auxiliary film forming material capable of raising the critical surface tension of the hydrophobic inked area; and allowing the applied layer to dry.
