摘要: A remote-controlled toy is controllable by an application executing on a wireless communications device. The toy includes a wireless receiver for receiving a wireless control signal from the wireless communications device, a motor for moving the toy in response to receiving the wireless control signal, and a contact sensor disposed on an outer portion of the toy, the contact sensor generating a contact signal in response to physical contact on the contact sensor. The toy may be a wheeled vehicle such as a car, truck, etc. or a spinning top. The spinning top may include a detachable droid-shaped upper portion. The device may be used not only to control the toy and display contact data, but also to view and reconfigure performance characteristics of the toy. In one implementation, the toy includes an elastomeric bumper extending around the toy for accommodating a plurality of contact sensors.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method of managing assets for stabilizing anticipated periodic payments, allocating the assets to first and second pools; at periodic intervals, comparing the current value of the assets in the first pool to a present value of the remaining payments; and, when the current value is less the present value, reallocating a portion of the assets from the second pool to the first pool so that the first asset pool has a current value representing the present value. In another embodiment, a method for managing assets for stabilizing anticipated periodic payments includes allocating the assets into first and second pools; establishing a first payment amount; determining a first trigger value; assessing a current value of the assets; and reallocating assets from the second pool to the first pool to increase the first payment amount in response to the current value being greater than the first trigger value.

摘要: An apparatus and method of use are disclosed for treating, preventing and terminating arrhythmias. In particular, the apparatus is implantable within or on various tissues and structures and is used to prevent or block conduction of aberrant impulses. A variety of methods of the present invention may be used to attack arrhythmias by short-circuiting impulses, inducing fibrosis, ablating tissue or inducing inflammation. In addition, the device and methods may also be used to treat aneurysms. The device may also be used to treat hypertension, and to function as a blood pressure regulator.

摘要: A puzzle comprises a plurality of puzzle pieces adapted to be assembled in a predetermined pattern on a puzzle tray to form a complete image. Each puzzle piece has a lenticular display providing first and second separately viewable lenticular images dependent upon a viewer's line of sight. The first lenticular image of each of the puzzle pieces forms a portion of the complete image. The second image of each of the puzzle pieces matches corresponding indicia provided on the puzzle tray. The puzzle tray and the puzzle pieces can be magnetic and the tray provided with a hanger or an easel to support the assembled puzzle in a display position.
