摘要: In one embodiment, a method for tracking includes receiving motion data captured by a motion sensor of a wearable device, generating a pose of the wearable device based on the motion data, capturing a first frame of the wearable device by a camera using a first exposure time, identifying, in the first frame, a pattern of lights disposed on the wearable device, capturing a second frame of the wearable device by the camera using a second exposure time, identifying, in the second frame, predetermined features of the wearable device, and adjusting the pose of the wearable device in the environment based on the identified pattern of light in the first frame or the identified predetermined features in the second frame. The method utilizes the predetermined features for tracking the wearable device in a visible-light frame under specific light conditions to improve the accuracy of the pose of the controller.

摘要: Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for treating cognitive dysfunction in a subject in need thereof. The system can include a light source and a speaker. A visual neural stimulation system provides, via the light source, visual stimulation having a first value of a first parameter. An auditory neural stimulation system provides, via the speaker, audio stimulation having a second value of the second parameter. A stimuli orchestration component selects, for a first time interval, one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to vary based on a policy, selects, for the first time interval, the other of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to keep constant based on the policy, and provides causes the one of the visual neural stimulation system or the auditory neural stimulation system to vary the one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation.

摘要: A wearable electronic device, a system and methods of monitoring with a wearable electronic device. The device includes a hybrid wireless communication module with wireless communication sub-modules to selectively acquire location data from both indoor and outdoor sources, as well as a wireless communication sub-module to selectively transmit an LPWAN signal to provide location information based on the acquired data. The device may also include one or more sensors to collect one or more of environmental data, activity data and physiological data. The device may transmit some or all of its acquired data to a larger system, including a cloud-based server to, in addition to providing location-based data, be used as a part of a predictive health care protocol to correlate changes in acquired data to salient indicators of the health of a wearer of the device. In one form, the predictive health care protocol uses a machine learning model.

摘要: An illustrative optical measurement system includes a light source configured to emit light directed at a target. The optical measurement system further includes a photodetector configured to detect a photon of the light after the light is scattered by the target. The optical measurement system further includes a control circuit configured to receive a first input voltage that is a temperature-dependent voltage. The control circuit is further configured to receive a second input voltage that is a temperature-invariant voltage. The control circuit is further configured to output, based on a combination of the first input voltage and the second input voltage, a bias voltage for the photodetector, wherein the combination of the first and second input voltages is configured to cause the bias voltage to vary based on temperature.

摘要: The disclosure is a computer-implemented method for detecting and influencing dreaming. In one embodiment, the user wears a smartwatch paired with a smartphone. The application monitors the sensors to detect REM sleep in real-time. The application allows users to set their dream incubation via the selection of an existing dream script or the coding of a new one. The dream script consists of instructions to play a series of cues: light, sound, vibration, etc. separated by user-specified time delays. The user selects a wake-up window, during which dream script playback can occur, and the dream script is previewed just before sleep. The application waits until the appropriate time and monitors for REM sleep. When REM sleep is detected , the dream script plays back. Some of the stimuli are incorporated into the dream, reminding the dreamer of their intention while also biasing the dream in the desired direction.

摘要: A system and method for monitoring blood oxygen levels via an eye tracking camera includes a computer system with a processor configured to identify capillaries in the image stream of a pilot's eye. Changes in capillary size over time is directly correlated to blood flow levels. The processor may monitor capillary color. Changes in capillary color is directly correlated to blood oxygen levels. The processor may take remedial action when the pilot's blood oxygen level drops below a threshold. Such remedial action may include alerting the pilot, automatically alerting ground control crew, applying increasing levels of flight automation, etc.
