摘要： A method for accessing a pre-approved image associated with a user which is stored in a first memory by an authorizing agency and is assigned a particular identification code which is linked to the pre-approved image and for making a document having such pre-approved image, including the steps of the user transferring his or her identification code for the pre-approved image to a receiving agency; the receiving agency accessing the stored pre-approved image using the transferred identification code and transferring such pre-approved image to a second memory; the receiving agency viewing the pre-approved image from the second memory so the receiving agency can verify that the viewed image is authentic; and printing the pre-approved authenticated image, text or graphics from the second memory at the receiving agency as part of a document.

The method further includes transmitting the identified particular stored image in the memory to the printing location of each of the recipients; and printing the image at the printing location of each of the recipients and delivering the printed image in a package to the location corresponding to of each of the recipients.

摘要： A method of forming authenticated secure images on image areas on labels including the steps of storing in memory a number of different selectable label size and shapes; selecting an appropriate label size and shape from the memory for a particular image; moving a colorant donor element having a plurality of transferable colorants into transferable relationship with a receiver, the colorant donor element includes a representation of the particular image and marks which authenticate the particular image having colorant over such representation and marks; transferring colorants onto the receiver in accordance with the representation of the particular image and marks in the colorant donor element and the size of the selected label to form authenticated images in the receiver; and cutting the images on the receiver into the selected shape to form a plurality of labels each having an authenticated image.

The method further includes receiving the digital image file at the receiving agency, displaying at least one received digital image and examining the displayed digital image to determine whether its contents are acceptable for making images and examining the authorization information and printing at a designated location accepted digital images on a receiver corresponding to the transmitted digital image when the authorization information is approved.
