摘要: A pneumatic rotary tool includes a housing, a directional changeover mechanism, and a speed regulating mechanism. The housing includes a top body and a handle. The top body is fitted with a pneumatic motor. The handle defines a forward air channel, a reverse air channel, and an air supply passage. The air supply passage is controlled by a valve being operated by a trigger so that the air supply passage communicates with the forward and reverse air channels. The direction changeover mechanism is mounted in the top body along a transverse line and passes through the forward and reverse air channels for changing the rotational direction of the pneumatic motor. The speed regulating mechanism is mounted in the handle for adjusting the flow of compressed air entering the forward air channel. The tool can be operated conveniently to change the rotational direction and the output torque of the pneumatic motor.

摘要: A nail drive method applied in an electric nail gun, in which a rotary actuator is driven to generate forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. The rotary actuator has paired wire bundles and magnetic lines arranged in circumferential directions. The nail drive method comprises boosting a pre-loaded voltage of a battery to generate a peak voltage, and storing the electric charge generated by the peak voltage, and then releasing the peak voltage and its electric charge to the rotary actuator through a nailing signal, so that the wire bundles can generate a current to interact with the magnetic lines to generate a tangential force, so that the magnetic lines can drive the rotor to rotate for a specific angle, and the rotary actuator can directly generate a forward rotational kinetic energy for nailing. Thus, the energy conversion structure installed in the conventional electric nail gun can be omitted.

摘要: An air-path structure of a pneumatic nail gun includes a main chamber formed in a gun body, a piston driving chamber and a timekeeping chamber that continuously releases pressurized air to the outside. The gun body is equipped with a trigger valve and a bar valve, and a security chamber and an auxiliary chamber are formed in the trigger valve; the trigger valve controls the pressurized air in the piston driving chamber to be discharged to the outside; and the bar valve controls the pressurized air in the main chamber to go into the piston driving chamber, the timekeeping chamber and the auxiliary chamber. The security chamber is permanently connected to the main chamber for concentrating upon the pressurized air, and the bar valve controls the pressurized air in the main chamber to be discharged into the timekeeping chamber, so as to improve the safety of pneumatic nail gun when used.

Specifically, the rotary actuator includes a stator and a rotor surrounding it, between the stator and the rotor, even groups of electro-magnetic mutual action components are configured in pairs, to generate a tangential force to drive the rotor to rotate for a specific rotation angle, and to drive the nailing rod to move for a nailing stroke. The nailing stroke can be determined by the specific rotation angle. Thus, through the above configuration of the rotary actuator, the structure of the electric nail gun can be simplified.
