The work implement is supported by the main frame and configured to carry a payload in use of the vehicle. The control system is supported by the main frame and configured to control operation of the vehicle. The control system includes a payload measurement system configured to provide payload input indicative of a variable payload carried by the work implement in use of the vehicle and a controller coupled to the payload measurement system.

摘要: System and method for an operator calibrated implement position display system for a loader work vehicle. The loader work vehicle has a boom and an implement each positionable by hydraulic cylinders actuated by a hydraulic circuit. The system includes a source of position data for the boom and the implement. The system also includes a controller that determines an operator defined level position and stores the operator defined level position as a calibrated level position for the implement. The controller also determines, based on the position data, a current position of the implement and compares the current position of the implement with the calibrated level position. The controller generates operator interface data for rendering on a display associated with the loader work vehicle that graphically illustrates the current position of the implement relative to the calibrated level position.

The system may also include an electrohydraulic system controller in communication with the dynamic payload weighing system and an electrohydraulic control valve electrically coupled to the electrohydraulic system controller and moveable to a plurality of weight-specific valve positions based on the measured payload weight on the implement.

The work machine includes a control system having a sensor system with a load sensor, an arm position sensor, and an articulation angle sensor. The controller is configured to determine an operational window for normal operation of the work vehicle based on the received set of values, determine a movement limit based on the received set of values, and limit movement of a component beyond the movement limit.
