In the particular state, even when a travel direction command is changed by the travel direction determiner, the controller recognizes that a traveling state of the industrial vehicle before the travel direction command is changed continues and the object detector operates based on the traveling state of the industrial vehicle before the travel direction command is changed.

    摘要: An industrial vehicle includes a hydraulic brake device, a hydraulic load handling device, a first hydraulic circuit, a second hydraulic circuit, a pressure compensating circuit, and a controller. The controller sets an electromagnetic valve to a first position during operation of the load handling device. The controller sets the electromagnetic valve to a second position and controls an electric motor to drive a hydraulic pump when determining that pressure needs to be accumulated in a hydraulic accumulator based on a detection result of a detector. When the electromagnetic valve is at the second position, hydraulic pressure generated by driving the hydraulic pump is applied to a pressure compensating valve and produces a force acting in a direction to disconnect the hydraulic pump and an oil tank from each other, so that hydraulic pressure is generated in a first oil passage to be accumulated in the hydraulic accumulator.

    摘要: An electric forklift includes: a drive unit including a unit case including a gear housing supporting a motor with an output shaft in a right and left direction and housing a gear train; and shaft housings protruding in the right and left direction from the gear housing, each of which houses a drive shaft, and each of which supports a wheel, wherein the drive shafts rotate via the gear train; support members, base end portions of which are rotatably engaged with outer peripheral portions of the shaft housings, and tip end portions of which are connected to a body frame so that the shaft housings are supported by the body frame via the support members; and a link portion between the gear housing and the body frame for preventing relative rotation of the unit case and the body frame about shaft centers of the drive shafts.

    摘要: A hydraulic rotating and braking system for a lift truck-mountable load handling assembly has a hydraulically-driven worm screw with a hydraulic motor located adjacent one end of the screw and a friction brake located adjacent the opposite end of the screw. The system includes a friction brake having a brake controller located at least partially within the worm screw. The friction brake is releasable by the exhaust of fluid without the need for a fluid exhaust line extending to the lift truck's reservoir tank.
