摘要: An industrial truck includes: a chassis, a mast pivotally mounted on the chassis, a lifting element for lifting a load, the lifting element being mounted on the mast in a slidable manner along the mast; a plurality of actuating units including: a lifting actuator configured to move the lifting element along the mast, a tilting actuator configured to tilt the mast with respect to the chassis, a wheel drive system for driving wheels of the industrial truck; a plurality of sensors including: a load sensor for detecting the load on the lifting element, a tilt angle sensor for detecting the tilt angle of the mast with respect to the chassis, and a height sensor for detecting the height of the lifting element with respect to the mast, a control unit configured to control the plurality of actuating units based on information detected by the plurality of sensors for achieving stability of the industrial truck during operation, wherein the control unit is configured to generate one or more control values by using a mathematical model of the industrial truck to which information detected by the plurality of sensors are inputted, the control unit being configured to control the plurality of actuating units based on the one or more control values. The industrial truck further comprises a rear axle load sensor configured to detect the load on a rear axle of the industrial truck, wherein the control unit is configured to control the operation of the industrial truck also based on a rear axle load value detected by the rear axle load sensor.

摘要: The disclosure relates to an insulation resistance detection device and a forklift truck. The insulation resistance detection device includes a detection module, a voltage conditioning module, and a control module. The device uses a first voltage dividing unit and a second voltage dividing unit to replace the inverting amplifier circuit, to obtain a positive voltage corresponding to the voltage of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground, thereby reducing costs of the insulation resistance detection device. The control module calculates the first insulation resistance of the positive electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground and the second insulation resistance of the negative electrode of the battery to be detected with respect to the first reference ground according to the first voltage and the third voltage.

摘要: A locking system for securing an attachment to a working arm of a working machine, the locking system including a latch member movable between an engaged position, where the attachment is secured to said working arm, and a disengaged position, where the attachment can be removed from said working arm; and a hydraulic circuit configured to lock the latch member in the engaged position. The hydraulic circuit includes a lock configured to open when the circuit reaches a predetermined pressure such that the latch member is released from the engaged position, a relief valve configured to activate below the predetermined pressure, such that the lock remains closed in normal operation, and an isolation arrangement configured to selectively isolate the relief valve from the circuit upon an operator input, to enable the circuit to reach the predetermined pressure such that the latch member is released.

The boom assembly includes a base boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the frame assembly and a distal end opposite the proximal end, an intermediate boom section pivotably coupled to the distal end of the base boom section, and an upper boom section having a proximal end pivotably coupled to the intermediate boom section and a distal end configured to be coupled to an implement. The boom assembly is configured to move freely when the locking mechanism is in the unlocked configuration. In the locked configuration, the locking mechanism is configured to couple the intermediate boom section to the frame assembly such that the locking mechanism limits rotation of the base boom section relative to the frame assembly.

摘要: By law, a stand-up lift truck operator must be trained to keep both feet and legs located within an operator compartment. An exemplary operator presence detector includes multiple zones, or areas, configured to receive an operator's feet. A sensor arrangement detects the presence of the operator's feet and a logic device determines whether the operator's feet are present in the zones or areas in a predetermined configuration, such as a configuration that reinforces operator training to keep both feet in a designated area on a compartment platform. In preferred arrangements, based on whether the operator's feet are present in the zones in a predetermined configuration, at least one vehicle function is enabled or disabled which may serve to reinforce an operator's training to keep both feet and legs located within an operator's compartment.
