摘要: The present disclosure discloses a planar magnetic element and a manufacturing method thereof. The planar magnetic element includes: a housing, with an internal space; a core, accommodated in the internal space of the housing, and the core including at least one limb; at least one planar winding corresponding to the limb; and potting adhesive, filled in all air gaps in the internal space of the magnetic element, and blocking the clearance and creepage path between the planar winding and the core and/or between the two planar windings. The present disclosure may significantly reduce the volume of the magnetic element and greatly increase the partial discharge extinction voltage, thereby reducing the partial discharge risk of the magnetic element and improving the reliability. Moreover, the compact structure of the planar magnetic element is conducive to improving the power density of the module.

摘要: The disclosure discloses a method and device for detecting insulation state in a conversion system, wherein the conversion system includes an excitation source, a converter having an input end coupled to the excitation source, a connection element coupled between an output end of the converter and a reference point, and a coupling impedance having a first end coupled to the excitation source and a second end coupled to the reference point, the method for detecting insulation state including steps of: S1, controlling at least one main power switch of the converter not to switch; S2, detecting a pulse current signal of the connection element; and S3, processing the pulse current signal and outputting a partial discharge information, the partial discharge information indicating an insulation state of an isolating transformer in the converter. The disclosure can overcome electromagnetic interference of high frequency steep waves on a partial discharge signal.

摘要: A transformer comprises an iron core, a support module, a winding unit, a potting box. The potting box includes an inner wall, an outer wall and a bottom plate and the inner wall is sleeved in the outer wall. The bottom plate is connected to a bottom portion of the inner wall and a bottom portion of the outer wall and a potting space is defined by the outer wall, the inner wall and the bottom plate. The winding unit is disposed in the potting space and a magnetic pole of the iron core penetrates through an inner side of the inner wall of the potting box. The support module is disposed between at least one end surface of the potting box and a cover of the iron core to form an insulation clearance. The support odule is close to the inner wall of the potting box.
