摘要： A cash dispenser for dispensing bank notes includes a container for the secure storage, transport, and dispensing of bank notes. The cash dispenser includes a housing having a control panel and an output compartment for dispensing bank notes. The housing defines an opening for receiving a container removably positionable in the opening. The container defines a pass-through slot in a wall thereof for transferring bank notes between the container and the housing. Functional units disposed in the container include a bank note storage unit having a withdrawal device, a first bank note conveyor arranged between the bank note storage unit and the pass-through slot and a drive unit for driving the withdrawal device and the first bank note conveyor. A control unit disposed inside the container controls the functional units therein. A security mechanism invalidates banks notes stored in the container upon unauthorized manipulation of the container.

摘要： The invention resides in the field of intermittently transporting of tapes, especially the transporting of tapes bearing adhesive labels in an apparatus by means of which the adhesive labels can be dispensed individually in succession and applied on an article. The device (14) used for transporting the tape includes a tape clamp movable forward and backward along the tape with a clamping member (31) movable between a tape clamping position and a tape releasing position and a counterclamp member (32); the tape (9) is passed between the clamping member (31) and the counterclamp member (32). The tape (9) is provided with control recesses (25) and the transporting device (14) comprises a control sensor (39) bringing the clamping member (31) into the tape clamping position when said sensor drops into a control recess (25). The control sensor (39) is movable relative to the clamping member (31) and is designed so that, when dropping into a control recess (25) it comes into positive engagement with the tape (9). Owing to the positive engagement between the tape (9) and the control sensor (39) the clamping member (31) held in the tape releasing position is moved into the tape clamping position. In this embodiment of the transporting unit a precisely defined instant of activation is attained when the tape clamp grips the tape (9) and carries it along.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hand labelling apparatus with the aid of which pressure-sensitive labels adhering to a carrier tape can be imprinted, dispensed and applied to articles. For this purpose the apparatus comprises in the front region of its housing a printing mechanism which is driveable by an operating lever and to which the carrier tape with the pressure-sensitive labels adhering thereto is fed by a feed means likewise driveable by the operating lever. In every operating cycle the printing mechanism imprints one pressure-sensitive label which is then further fed by the feed means with the carrier tape to a peel edge at which the imprinted label detaches from the carrier tape and moves into a dispensing position in which it is ready for application to an article. To make the interior of the housing easily accessible for cleaning purposes the printing mechanism is disposed in a frame which for pivoting the printing mechanism out of the housing is connected to said housing pivotally about a shaft disposed near the lower end of the housing end face. The frame can be locked in the housing.

摘要： The invention relates to a sheet-extracting device with a cassette for receiving a stack of sheets, and to a method of controlling the pressing force of the stack of sheets against the extracting device. The latter has extracting rollers (16) which are arranged on a floating shaft (34). For its part, the floating shaft (34) is centrally connected in a rationally fixed manner to a drive shaft (18) passing through it. The drive shaft (18) is mounted, by one end (20), in a frame-mounted bearing (21) and, by its other end (62), in a displaceable bearing (64). Acting on the bearing (64) is a force sensor (70, 74, 76) which is intended for determining the pressing force of the stack of sheets (12) against the extracting rollers (16). The pressing force is controlled such that it always moves within a narrow middle range between a minimum and a maximum possible value.

摘要： A system for dispensing sheet material such as security documents from one of two sheet compartments to a collecting station is disclosed. The system includes a delivery roller and a stepping motor provided independently for each of the two sheet compartments. The delivery roller associated with each of the sheet compartments draws the foremost sheet from a sheet stack within the respective compartment. The foremost sheet drawn off from the stack is fed to a conveyor roller independently associated with each respective sheet compartment wherein the conveyor roller of each sheet compartment is driven by the stepping motor of the other sheet compartment. The sheet drawn off from the stack is fed to a dispensing conveyor which is common to both sheet compartments. The drive for the system is carried out by the two stepping motors. The motors are operated in opposite directions when dispensing is taking place from each of the sheet compartments. While one motor is driving a delivery roller for its respective sheet compartment, the motor for the other sheet compartment drives the conveyor roller for the other sheet compartment. The delivery and conveyor rollers of one sheet compartment operate in one mode as the delivery and conveyor rollers of the other compartment idle. The delivery and conveyor rollers of the other compartment operate in a second mode as the delivery and conveyor rollers of the one compartment idle.

A retracting element (34) presses the banknotes against the extracting device by a force (P), before the flap is closed. The banknotes which are located in the banknote container are thereby forced away from the opening, back into the container interior. 摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for imprinting and dispensing pressure-sensitive labels adhering to a carrier tape. The apparatus comprises an operating lever for controlling a printing mechanism and for controlling a feed means for stepwise drawing of the carrier tape over a platen and around a peel edge at which the pressure-sensitive labels detach from the carrier tape and move into a dispensing position. In the rest position of the operating lever the carrier tape is clamped by a braking means where the braking means is biased against the carrier tape by a spring. By means of a cam gearing arranged between the brake actuating member and the operating lever the brake actuating member can be pivoted against the bias of the spring from the carrier tape clamping position into a carrier tape release position when the operating lever has covered a part of its travel from the rest position into the operative position. An arresting means is provided which arrests the brake actuating member against the bias of the spring in the carrier tape release position. A member is also provided which releases the arresting member when the operating lever reaches its rest position so that the brake actuating member is immediately returned to the tape clamping position by the spring.
