    摘要： A head drum apparatus including a lower drum; a stationary shaft pressed and fitted into a center hole of the lower drum; an upper drum rotatably coupled to the stationary shaft via at least one bearing; a rotor magnet secured via a plate to the upper drum; a boss fixed to the top portion of the stationary shaft by a set-screw; a PCB mounted to the boss such that it is opposite to the rotor magnet, the PCB having a pulse generator (“PG”) pattern, a frequency generator (“FG”) pattern, connection patterns and jump patterns formed on one surface thereof, the PG pattern and the FG pattern being connected to the respective connection patterns via the respective jump patterns; and motor stator coils mounted to the PCB, whereby the structure of the motor becomes simpler, the number of the components and the manufacturing steps are reduced, the manufacturing efficiency is enhanced and the productivity thereof is increased.

    摘要： A magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus, having a driving source; a main chassis on which the driving source is mounted; a sub chassis which is disposed to the main chassis so as to be slid in a front and rear direction, and which is provided with various tape running elements; a head drum device which is mounted on the main chassis; a loading system provided with a supply side pole base driving device and a winding side pole base driving device which loads a tape depending on the moving operation of the sub chassis in the front and rear direction; a running system which runs the tape in a desired direction at a desired speed; a main power transmitting unit which selectively transmits a power of the power source to the loading system or the running system; a cam gear which is rotated by the main power transmitting unit and transmits the power to each mode; a slider which is disposed between the main chassis and the sub chassis so as to be slid in a left and right direction and interlocked with the cam gear; a mode detecting unit which detects each mode according to the tape running; a tape tension regulating unit which applies a proper tension to the tape; an automatic separating unit which automatically blocks a power transmission to the loading system in a particular mode; a connecting unit which permits the power transmission to the loading system in a particular mode; and a connection maintaining unit which maintains the power transmission at the time of loading/unloading the tape or in the early re-connection which transmits again the power to the loading system.

    摘要： A head drum apparatus comprises: a lower drum; a stationary shaft pressed and fitted into a center hole of the lower drum; an upper drum rotatably coupled to the stationary shaft via at least one bearing; a boss fixed to the top portion of the stationary shaft by means of a set-screw; a motor rotor mounted to the top surface of the upper drum; a motor stator fixed to the boss, the motor stator being opposite to the motor rotor; and a ground device. The ground device includes an anchor member anchored to the upper surface of the boss and an elastic member fixed to the bottom surface of the anchor member. The elastic member extends downwardly through a bore in the boss, and a ground member is fixed to tile lower end of the elastic member. The ground member is in elastic contact with an outer race of an upper bearing. Accordingly, the assembly and the disassembly operations of the components of the ground device become simpler and easier, thereby increasing the productivity and enhancing the service operation efficiency thereof.

    摘要： A head drum assembly of a tape recorder in which an inner race and an outer race of an upper bearing are press-fitted onto a shaft and a rotary drum, respectively, thereby applying a preload. A resilient body, such as a compressed coil spring, is disposed between a lower bearing disposed between the rotary drum and the shaft and a stationary drum. The resilient body upwardly presses the inner race of the lower bearing, thereby applying a preload. Accordingly, the head drum assembly of the tape recorder provides enhanced assembling efficiency and reduced manufacturing costs.
