摘要： A pocket joint cutter system for forming a pocket cut and fastener bore into a workpiece. The pocket cut and fastener bore receives a fastener such as a self-tapping screw which passes through the bore and into a second workpiece for forming a Joint between the two workpieces. The head of the fastener is held within the pocket cut in order to secure the joint. In one preferred form of the present invention, a workpiece system secures the workpiece in a predetermined position and forms the pocket cut and fastener bore into the workpiece. This preferred embodiment further comprises a bench-mounting system coupled to the workpiece system for securing the system to a bench. Using this embodiment of the present invention, the system can be mounted to a bench, and the workpiece can be brought to the system and held in position while the user forms the pocket cut and fastener bore. In an alternate form of the present invention, the system comprises a pocket cutter system for forming the pocket into a surface of the workpiece and a drill guide system for guiding a drill bit in order to form the fastener bore into the pocket at an orientation which is perpendicular to a joint surface of the workpiece. With such a perpendicular orientation of the fastener bore, the two workpieces are less inclined to creep up or down with respect to one another, in contrast to systems which position the fastener bore at a non-perpendicular angle to the joining interface between the two workpieces.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a jig saw blade clamp including a first clamp member defining a main slot. A second clamp member is positioned within the main slot. The first clamp member is moveable relative to the first clamp member between a first position in which the first and second clamp members are adapted to clamp a blade, and a second position in which the blade can be inserted between the first and second clamp members. A collar is pivotally moveable in first and second opposite directions relative to the first and second clamp members. The collar includes a cam portion that moves the second clamp member toward the first position when the collar is pivoted in the first direction, and also moves the second clamp member toward the second position when the collar is pivoted in the second direction.

摘要： A power tool includes a motor assembly, a base assembly, and a clamp assembly coupled to the motor assembly or the base assembly to selectively provide a retention force to the other to removably couple the motor assembly and the base assembly. The clamp assembly includes a handle member, a fulcrum member, and a biasing lever member. The lever member includes a first portion and a second portion disposed on opposite sides of the fulcrum member. The handle member is coupled to the first portion, and the handle member is movable between an open and closed position. The handle member rotates the first and second portions of the biasing lever member about the fulcrum member when moving from the open to the closed position, causing the second portion of the lever member to provide the retention force.

The jigsaw also includes a blade coupled to the motor by a drive mechanism adapted for reciprocating the blade in an up-and-down motion. The blade is laterally supported by a blade guide connected to the base that is pivotally movable about the first axis. When the housing is pivoted relative to the base about the first axis, the blade guide also pivots about the first axis to inhibit binding between the blade and the blade guide.

摘要： A massage apparatus includes a travelling carriage having a housing enclosing a drive motor and a kneading motor. A pair of guide bars extend through the housing providing stability therefor as the carriage is traversed along an intermediate drive bar which also extends through the housing. The drive motor is coupled to the drive bar through a pinion gear. Massaging elements are mounted on a crank arm which is rocked back and forth by the kneading motor. An eccentric arm couples the kneading motor to the crank arm and provides the kneading action. A control system also mounted to the carriage reverses direction of the drive motor as ends of the drive bar are approached. A massage motor is attached to the carriage housing to apply a multidirectional vibrational waves to a user through the massage elements.

摘要： An adjustable exhaust assembly for a pneumatic fastening tool having body and a handle extending from the body, the handle defining an inlet channel for receiving input of pressurized gas and an outlet channel for outputting exhaust. The adjustable exhaust assembly includes a base non-rotatably attachable to an end of the handle opposite the body. The base has a plate and a boss extending from the plate. The boss is configured to receive an air hose and defining an inlet opening configured to direct compressed air to the inlet channel. The plate has an outlet opening in communication with the outlet channel. A substantially annular and cap is rotatably received about the boss. The cap defines a substantially annular channel in communication with the outlet opening of the base and an outlet port defined in a portion of a circumferential wall of the annular cap and in communication with the annular channel. Rotation of the cap about the boss moves the outlet opening among a plurality of radial positions relative to the boss.
