    摘要: An optical sheet includes a diffusion layer, a brightness enhancement layer, and a reflecting pattern layer. The diffusion layer diffuses the light generated from a light source, e.g. a lamp. The brightness enhancement layer is on the diffusion layer. The reflecting pattern layer is between the brightness enhancement layer and includes a gap and a reflective structure in a first region and a second region, respectively. to the reflective structure maintains a distance between the brightness enhancement layer and the diffusion layer. The optical sheet is useful for enhancing the luminance of the light from the lamp. When used with a backlight assembly for a display device, the optical sheet is capable of enhancing the luminance while also decreasing the overall thickness of the backlight assembly.

    摘要: A display device comprises an optical module, a light source unit, a container and a display panel. The optical module comprises at least one optical member and a transparent adhesion member combined with the optical member. The optical member has a first modulus of elasticity, and the transparent adhesion member has a second modulus of elasticity that is substantially identical to the first modulus of elasticity. The light source unit is disposed in a light providing region of the display device to generate a light. The container receives the light source unit and the optical module. The display panel is received in the container and disposed in a display region of the display device. The display panel displays an image based on a light passing through the optical module.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a display unit for displaying images, a backlight unit which has a lamp for emitting light to the display unit, a light guiding plate for directing the light emitted from the lamp toward the display unit, and a reflecting member provided adjacent, such as under, the light guiding plate, and an optical film unit provided between the display unit and the backlight unit. The reflecting member includes a first supporting layer, a reflecting layer provided on the first supporting layer, and a bead layer provided on the reflecting layer. By forming the reflecting layer using Al, the production cost lowers and the high brightness characteristic is obtained. By forming the bead layer using silicon based materials or nylon based materials having smooth surface characteristics, it is possible to prevent the light guiding plate and the reflecting layer from being scratched.

Each of the prism patterns has the shape of a trigonal prism and includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface. The first and second inclined surfaces are inclined with respect to the upper surface of the base film and meet each other at a peak portion. First embossing patterns are formed at the peak portion.

    摘要: An integral optical plate includes a convex lens plate, a microlens sheet and an adhesion element. The convex lens plate includes a first light incident surface into which light is incident and a first light-exiting surface disposed opposite the first light incident surface and on which a convex tens pattern is formed. The microlens sheet is disposed on the first light-exiting surface, and includes a microlens pattern. The adhesion element is disposed between the convex lens plate and the microlens sheet to combine the convex lens plate with the microlens sheet. The convex tens pattern includes a plurality of convex in lenses having a stripe shape extending lengthwise along the convex lens plate.
