    摘要: An organic light emitting display device comprising: a data driver supplying data signals to data output lines; a scan driver supplying scan signals sequentially to scan output lines; a light emitting control line driver supplying light emitting control signals to light emitting control output lines; and a pixel unit including a plurality of pixels connected to the output lines of each driver, at least one driver having a buffer circuit disposed at each output line. Each buffer circuit comprises a transistor having a gate layer, source and drain layers and a metal layer for shielding Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), wherein the metal layer is formed over the gate layer when the gate layer is overlapped by one of the source or a drain electrodes, or the metal layer is formed to not overlap the gate layer when the gate layer is not overlapped by the source or a drain electrodes.

The PDP includes first and second substrates which face each other with a predetermined gap, barrier ribs which are disposed between the first and second substrates and define discharge cells, discharge electrodes which are disposed between the first and second substrates and have different widths, phosphor layers which are formed in the discharge cells, and colored layers which colors the phosphor layers of the discharge cells. Specifically, a red colored layer colors the red phosphor layer and a blue colored layer colors the blue phosphor layers, while the green phosphor layers are not colored.

    摘要: A driving method of a display device that includes a display panel including a plurality of light emitting elements, is supplied with a power source voltage, and includes a saturation region and a non-saturation region according to variation of a panel current flowing to the display panel is provided. The driving method includes sensing the panel current, determining the power source voltage and the panel current, controlling a feedback voltage to drive the power source voltage to be equal to a saturation voltage corresponding to a saturation point at a boundary between the saturation region and the non-saturation region based on the determined power source voltage and the determined panel current, and controlling the power source voltage according to the feedback voltage to supply the controlled power source voltage to each of the plurality of light emitting elements.
