    摘要: The application refers to a method for diagnosing prostate cancer through the measurement of the combination of PSP94 (β-microseminoprotein) and F/T PSA biomarkers, the method using urine samples to measure PSP94 and serum samples to analyse F/T PSA. In one embodiment, the PSP94 is standardized to creatinine. Also based on the measurement of PSP94 and F/T PSA are provided methods and kits for (a) diagnosing aggressive prostate cancer; (b) differential diagnosis; and (c) diagnosing the progression of prostate cancer.

    摘要: The present invention includes biomolecules and use of these biomolecules for differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and/or non-malignant disease of the prostate. In an embodiment, the present invention provides methods for detecting biomolecules within a biological sample as well as a database comprising of mass profiles of biomolecules specific for healthy subjects, subjects having a non-malignant disease of the prostate and subjects having prostate cancer.     摘要: A cleaning apparatus for cleaning a surface in which cleaning solution is dispensed to the surface and substantially simultaneously extracted along with the dirt on the surface in a continuous operation is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a housing and a recovery tank removably mounted to the housing. A liquid distribution system is operatively associated with the housing for distributing the cleaning solution to the surface. A suction nozzle is secured to the housing and in fluid communication with the recovery tank. A suction source is in fluid communication with the suction nozzle for generating suction to draw dirt and liquid through the suction nozzle and into the recovery tank. The suction nozzle includes a front nozzle portion removably mounted to a rear nozzle portion.
