摘要： Disclosed is a culture medium and a culture method for obtaining, in a single step and in the same culture container, cells differentiated into osteoblasts and adipocytes, as well as a network of organized endothelial cells from the same pool of mesenchymal stem cells and/or a mixture of mesenchymal stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells and endothelial cells selected beforehand and amplified simultaneously in the same culture container from a single sample. Also disclosed is a composition obtained by the method, to a bone marrow reconstitution and to uses thereof.
