摘要: The present disclosure describes agrochemical water immiscible solvent-in-water (e.g., oil-in-water) emulsion formulations that include one or more agrochemical active agent(s), a continuous aqueous phase containing a sulfo polymer, and a discontinuous water immiscible phase substantially homogenously incorporated in the aqueous phase, and optionally a rosin. The present disclosure also describes methods of making and using such emulsion formulations in agriculture.

摘要: The invention provides a plasticizer for use in plastic materials such as polyvinyl chloride. The plasticizer is a blend of di-(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate (DOTP) and 2-ethylhexyl methyl terephthalate (MOTP). The blend of di-(2-ethylhexyl) terephthalate and 2-ethylhexyl methyl terephthalate provides a non-ortho-phthalate alternative to plasticizers such as diisononyl phthalate and also produces good fusion temperature, gelation point, plastisol viscosity, efficiency, plasticizer compatibility, and drying time performance.

The glycol ether aryl ester plasticizers improve viscosity and viscosity stability while maintaining or improving plastisol properties such as Shore A Hardness and fusion time.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for improving vibration damping of a substrate, such as the underbody of an automobile. The method comprises applying a plastisol which comprises a polymeric component and a plasticizer. The fused plastisol has improved damping behavior as determined using Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis. Novel plastisols and novel plasticizers are also disclosed.
