Abstract: A water recycle system may be implemented to analyze and selectively recycle wastewater generated by an industrial textile washer. In some examples, wastewater generated by the industrial textile washer undergoes various treatment processes, such as chemical treatments (e.g., addition of flocculants, chelating agents) and/or physical separation treatments (e.g., processing in a dissolved air floatation system to remove particulates). This can generate a clarified wastewater. One or more sensors can be positioned to measure characteristics of the clarified wastewater, such as the color of the clarified wastewater and corresponding tendency to stain textile articles if recycled to the washer. Based on measurements from the one or more sensors, the clarified wastewater can be recycled for reuse in the textile washer or, alternatively, discarded.

Abstract: Laundry detergent compositions that are neutral detergent containing a cationic amine surfactant in combination with nonionic surfactants are disclosed. The compositions beneficially remove difficult to treat soils, including food and industrial oils on polyester, cotton and polycotton blends, as part of a two-part cleaning wash process with an alkali step. Methods of using the neutral laundry detergent compositions are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods for easily modifying and using a laundry washing machine to recirculate water and spray wash water and cleaning compositions onto textiles in order to optimize water usage, wash temperature, and composition dosage are provided. Abstract: An embedded temperature sensor may be attached to or otherwise associated with a textile in order to measure one or more temperatures of the textile. Temperature information received from one or more embedded temperature sensor(s) throughout the course of a dryer cycle may be analyzed to determine dryness of one or more textiles in a dryer, determine whether one or more textiles in the dryer are overdry, generate an indication of the dryness of the one or more textiles in the dryer, and/or to control one or more dryer cycles of the dryer, such as by automatically turning-off the dryer when one or more of the textiles in the dryer are determined to be dry. The embedded temperature sensor may further be used to validate a cleaning process in a cleaning machine.

Beneficially, the combination of processing aids for solidification comprising one or more of (A) polyethylene glycol and an acidulant, (B) a surfactant and an acidulant, or (C) polyethylene glycol, a surfactant and an acidulant, are combined with the quaternary ammonium compounds and silicone to provide the stable solid composition.
