摘要: A method for determining, dependent on safety levels, spatial regions that are impassable by a vehicle includes: capturing sensor signals and evaluating the captured signals with respect to the spatial position of an obstacle and the effect of the obstacle on the passability of the area surrounding the obstacle; and providing at least two grid structures assigned to different safety levels, each having spatial regions of substantially constant size. The size of the spatial regions is dependent on the safety level of the respective grid structure. The obstacles are entered in the spatial regions of the at least two grid structures. A safety level matching the current state of the vehicle is selected. A grid structure belonging to the selected safety level is selected. All spatial regions of the selected grid structure having an entry exceeding a minimum value are marked as regions impassable by the vehicle.

摘要: A method, a computer program comprising instructions, and a device for processing sensor data in a motor vehicle. An assistance system for a motor vehicle in which a method is implemented, and a motor vehicle having such a system. Sensor data is received. At least one algorithm is applied to the sensor data to determine a first intermediate result. At least one rule is applied to the first intermediate result to determine a second intermediate result. The second intermediate result is evaluated with regard to plausibility. If the second intermediate result is implausible, one or more of the rules applied to the first intermediate result is reversed until the second intermediate result is plausible. The second intermediate result thereby obtained is finally output as an end result.

摘要: A system for checking an inertial measurement unit of a vehicle, in particular a land vehicle, during driving includes the inertial measurement unit having: a first acceleration sensor configured to measure a translational acceleration along a first sensor axis and/or a first rate-of-rotation sensor configured to measure a rate of rotation about the first sensor axis and also a second acceleration sensor configured to measure a translational acceleration along a second sensor axis and/or a second rate-of-rotation sensor configured to measure a rate of rotation about the second sensor axis. A sensing device senses a movement of the vehicle in a first vehicle direction and/or about the first vehicle direction. Both the first sensor axis and the second sensor axis are tilted with respect to the first vehicle direction.
