    摘要： A wafer fabrication system is presented including a measurement system which screens measurement data prior to dissemination. The measurement system may include an equipment interface computer coupled between a measurement tool and a work-in-process (WIP) server. The measurement tool may perform one of possibly several measurement procedures (i.e., “recipes”) upon one or more semiconductor wafers processed as a lot, thereby producing measurement data. The WIP server may select the measurement recipe and store the measurement data. The equipment interface computer may receive the measurement data produced by the measurement tool and compare the measurement data to a predetermined range of acceptable values in order to determine if the measurement data is within the range of acceptable values. The equipment interface computer may display the measurement data upon a display device such that any portion of the measurement data not within the range of acceptable values is visually flagged (e.g., displayed in flashing type, in bold type, in a color which differs from surrounding text, with a background color which differs from surrounding text, etc.). The equipment interface computer may allow an operator to modify the measurement data, then generate a signal indicating acceptance of the measurement data. Upon receiving the signal indicating acceptance, the equipment interface computer may provide the measurement data to the WIP server. The equipment interface computer may also respond to the acceptance signal by providing the measurement data to an entity server and/or a statistical process control (SPC) server.

    摘要： Method and system for automatically and accurately generating E10 reports based on a user-selected set of parameters, including date range, equipment and other parameters, are disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the system of the present invention performs three primary functions; namely, a mapping function, a data extraction function and a reporting application function. The mapping function enables users to map WorkStream events into E10 defined states outside of the WorkStream database. The reporting application function provides several major functional capabilities, particularly, enabling a user to formulate restriction information, or "E10 data requests," for data extraction and reporting purposes. Each E10 data request identifies, as a function of facility (or manufacturing area), module, family and/or equipment, the equipment list for which data is to be accumulated, as well as a time period for reporting and duration type to report on. In addition, the reporting application function enables the user to display all E10 calculations for each piece of equipment in the extracted data set and to generate and display via a video terminal, printer and/or plotter, standard and custom graphic reports from the extracted E10 data calculations. The data extraction function provides the necessary data extraction capabilities and E10 data request management by managing and executing the requests submitted by users and purging old requests from the queue. In one aspect of the invention, the system comprises a user interface for facilitating the user's formulation of requests, mapping of WorkStream events to E10 states and substates, and viewing and/or printing reports in textual and graphical formats.

A light assembly (39) displays a simulated heartbeat in orange if both sensors (32, 34) are immersed to simulate overfeeding, in green if both sensors (32, 34) are exposed to simulate underfeeding, and in red if only the upper liquid sensor (32) to simulate correct feeding. A photo sensor (26) detects time spent in light and dark that is tracked to change the heartbeat, unless overfed. A computer display interrogation pattern (162) causes output of tracked age/neglect information or to go into an excited or coma mode.

The storm-door-responsive switch assembly includes a normally closed switch. A storm-door-contacting switch actuator contacts the storm door when the storm door is closed. The normally closed switch remains open when the storm door is in contact with the storm-door-contacting switch actuator, and the normally closed switch closes when the storm door is removed from contact with the storm-door-contacting switch actuator.
