    摘要: To determine air mass flows, especially for controlling internal combustion engines, a hot-film air-mass sensor is provided, which may be used especially for sensing air mass flows in the intake tract of an internal combustion engine. The hot-film air-mass sensor has a sensor chip having a sensor frame and a sensor diaphragm having at least one heating element and at least two temperature sensors. Furthermore, the hot-film air-mass sensor has a chip carrier for mounting the sensor chip, as well as at least one additional heating element. The sensor chip is able to be heated up using the at least one additional heating element, which is inserted into the chip carrier. Compared to the usual devices, the hot-film air-mass sensor has a lower susceptibility to contamination, especially by oil films.

    摘要: An ultrasonic flow sensor for detecting a flow of a fluid medium in a flow tube includes at least one first ultrasonic transducer, at least one second ultrasonic transducer, and at least one waveguide configured to conduct ultrasonic waves between the at least one first ultrasonic transducer and the at least one second ultrasonic transducer by reflection on walls of the waveguide, and to enable the fluid medium to flow through. The ultrasonic waves are able to propagate between the first ultrasonic transducer and the second ultrasonic transducer on at least two ultrasonic paths. Sound energies of the ultrasonic waves transmitted on the at least two different ultrasonic paths differ from one another by no more than a factor of 100.

    摘要: A device for determining at least one parameter of a medium which flows in a conduit has a fluid conduit part having a wall which forms a fluid conduit passage and has an insertion opening, a plug sensor having a sensor element, an insertion portion which is inserted through the insertion opening of the wall into the fluid conduit passage, an electrical connection portion which is not inserted into the fluid conduit passage, and a stop surface which abuts against a stop surface of the fluid conduit part, and mounting means for mounting the plug sensor on the fluid conduit part, the mounting means including a holding part which is pushed substantially perpendicular to an insertion direction of the plug sensor onto a connecting pipe of the fluid conduit part which surrounds the insertion opening, the holding part having at least one first portion abutting against a supporting surface of the connecting pipe and at least one second portion applying a pretensioning force to a securing surface of the plug sensor which faces away from the insertion portion of the plug sensor, so that a stop surface of the plug sensor abuts against the stop surface of the fluid conduit part.
