    摘要: In a flap valve for controlling a gas flow, with a valve tube (11) that carries the gas flow and with a valve flap (14) that is pivotable in the valve tube (11) and that in its closing position rests sealingly with its outer contour on the inner wall of a flexible thin-walled tube (20) disposed coaxially in the valve tube (11), and with a valve shaft (15) connected to the valve flap (14) in a manner fixed against relative rotation, it is provided, in order to attain a sensitive adjustment of the valve flap (14) and for the sake of technologically simple, inexpensive production of the flap valve (14), that the valve shaft (15) is positioned at an acute angle (&ggr;) relative to the valve plane, and the thin-walled tube (20) is formed directly and integrally onto the valve tube (11) (FIG. 2).

    摘要: In a flap valve for controlling a gas stream, having a valve tube that carries the gas stream and having a valve flap, disposed in the valve tube, that is pivotable between a closing position and an open position and is seated in a manner fixed against relative rotation on an adjustable flap shaft, to avoid openings of the shaft in the valve tube inside the sealing region between the valve flap and the valve tube, the flap shaft is oriented such that its axis forms an acute angle (&agr;) with the axis of the valve tube. The valve flap seated on the flap shaft in a manner fixed against relative rotation is oriented such that in its closing position, its surface normal is aligned with the axis of the valve tube or extends at an acute angle to it.

    摘要: A flap valve for controlling a gas flow has an elastically deformable valve tube that conveys the gas flow and having a valve flap that is disposed in the valve tube for movement between an open position and a closed position by a flap shaft that can be driven in order to adjust the valve flap and which is disposed at an acute angle in relation to the valve tube axis, to which shaft the valve flap is fastened so that in the closed position of the valve flap, the flap normal encloses an acute angle with the valve tube axis, in order to assure only a slight amount of leakage in the closed position of the valve flap and a low opening torque, the outer contour of the valve flap is approximately oval in shape. Preferably, the outer contour is embodied as an ellipse.
