摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a throttle valve unit for installation into a flow conduit through which a gas flow passes. A flap shaft of the throttle valve unit is affixed to a stamped insert part inside a fastening region. The stamped insert part, which includes an insert border, is molded into a housing. At the same time as the stamped insert part is molded into the housing, the flap shaft affixed to the stamped insert part is molded-in inside the fastening region. A planar region of the stamped insert part connected to the flap shaft is cut out from this stamped insert part.

摘要： In a flap valve for controlling a gas flow, with a valve tube (11) that carries the gas flow and with a valve flap (14) that is pivotable in the valve tube (11) and that in its closing position rests sealingly with its outer contour on the inner wall of a flexible thin-walled tube (20) disposed coaxially in the valve tube (11), and with a valve shaft (15) connected to the valve flap (14) in a manner fixed against relative rotation, it is provided, in order to attain a sensitive adjustment of the valve flap (14) and for the sake of technologically simple, inexpensive production of the flap valve (14), that the valve shaft (15) is positioned at an acute angle (&ggr;) relative to the valve plane, and the thin-walled tube (20) is formed directly and integrally onto the valve tube (11) (FIG. 2).

摘要： A magnet valve for tank venting in motor vehicles, having at least one valve opening forming a sealing seat and having a spring-loaded valve member cooperating with the at least one sealing seat for opening and closing the valve and actuated by an electromagnet counter to the restoring force of a restoring spring. Downstream of the valve member, a flow element that throttles the flow of a gas is disposed, the shape of the flow element is adapted to the opening cross section of the sealing seat that cooperates with the valve member, for determining (metering) the flow quantity of the gas through the cross section of the flow element when the magnet valve is open. The shape of the flow element is determined (metered) in such a way that the area of the opening cross section of the effective valve seat is greater than 2.5 and preferably greater than 9 times the area of the effective cross section of the flow element.

摘要： A 2/2-way solenoid valve which is open when it is without current and is inserted into a diesel fuel-carrying line to a high-pressure pump. The solenoid valve functions as an emergency shutoff or when the device is tested by supplying the solenoid valve with power which then closes the line to a high-pressure pump, which interrupts the high-pressure delivery. The solenoid valve has an armature, which functions in an armature chamber that is filled with diesel fuel and is sealed in relation to the outside by two O-rings. A plastic valve housing protects the coil and the contacting of the electrical connections from corrosion and protects the individual wires of the coil from vibration stresses. The solenoid valve is designated for use in common rail injection systems of vehicular internal combustion engines.

摘要： A solenoid valve for tank ventilation in motor vehicles, comprising a magnetic yoke with at least one valve opening and with a cooperating spring-loaded valve member for opening and closing the at least one valve opening. The valve element constitutes a magnetic armature of an electromagnet and is disposed between the magnetic yoke of the electromagnet and a hollow, cylindrical magnet core of the electromagnet. A valve seat body which is separate from the magnetic yoke and contains the at least one valve opening is disposed in an axial opening in the magnetic yoke, and on a side remote from the valve member. The valve seat body rests against a housing wall of the solenoid valve by use of a support element made of a damping material.
