    摘要: In a scroll type compressor, the shaft of a driven scroll is rotatably supported in a sealing container so that the axis of rotation of the driven scroll shaft is deviated from the axis of rotation of a driving scroll; the wrap plates of the driving and driven scrolls are mutually combined with each other so that the parts of the side surface of the wrap plates come in contact with each other to form a compression chamber; and the driven scroll is directly driven by the driving scroll in synchronism therewith, whereby the function of compression of a fluid is obtainable during the movement of the compression chamber toward the centers of the driving and driven scrolls.

    摘要: A scroll compressor comprising a driving scroll and a driven scroll which is combined with the driving scroll and is driven by the driving scroll through an Oldham's coupling, a partition plate fixed to a container for housing the structural elements such as scrolls and having a supporting pin provided at a position near the inner wall of the container, a movable bearing support which is placed below the partition plate and is engaged with the supporting pin so as to be swingable around the supporting pin, and which supports the driven scroll through a bearing, and a rotation controlling structure which causes a swinging movement of the movable bearing support around the supporting pin along with a driven scroll whereby the distance between the axial centers of said driving and driven scrolls is changed.

    摘要: A scroll-type hydraulic machine having a first stationary scroll with a first scroll wrap, a first orbiting scroll with a second scroll wrap on one surface thereof interleaved with the first scroll wrap, a first orbiting scroll shaft on the other surface of the first orbiting scroll, a second stationary scroll having a third scroll wrap, a second orbiting scroll having a fourth scroll wrap on one surface interleaved with the third scroll wrap, a second orbiting scroll shaft provided on the other surface of the second orbiting scroll, and a crank mechanism. The crank mechanism includes a rotatably driven crankshaft having an eccentric through-hole extending lengthwise therethrough, an eccentric shaft rotatably supported by bearings in the eccentric through-hole, and first and second eccentric ring mechanisms. Each eccentric ring mechanism is provided at one end of the eccentric shaft and is rotatable with respect thereto. The orbiting scroll shafts are driven in an orbital pattern through the respective eccentric ring mechanisms.

    摘要: A scroll-type fluid machine, preferably, a scroll-type compressor, having a small size and improved sealing between scroll members. An orbiting scroll is interleaved with a stationary scroll. A crank mechanism is provided for causing the orbiting scroll to undergo an orbiting motion. The crank mechanism includes a crankshaft and an eccentric ring rotated in an eccentric pattern by the crankshaft. Orbital movement of the orbiting scroll is transmitted from the eccentric ring to a shaft of the orbiting scroll. The distance between the center of rotation of the crankshaft and the center of the orbiting scroll shaft is made substantially equal to the radius of orbit when the center of rotation of the crankshaft, the center of the orbiting scroll shaft, and the center of rotation of the eccentric ring are arranged along a straight line in the stated order.

    摘要: A scroll compressor having an improved sealing arrangement. Ends of scroll wraps opposite end plates are formed with grooves extending longitudinally along their spiral surfaces. Spring members are fitted into lower portions of these grooves, and tip seals in the upper portions, opposite and in contact with the end plate of the opposite scroll. In one embodiment, the grooves are divided by partitions into segments and separate springs are disposed in each segment. In another embodiment, the springs have a zig-zag shape.

    摘要: A scroll-type compressor including stationary and orbiting scrolls housed in a shell. A first frame, also housed in the shell, receives a portion of the orbiting scroll. The stationary scroll is fixed to the first frame, and a second frame is further mounted in the shell. A balancer chamber is formed between the first and second frames. A main shaft having a balancer is housed in the balancer chamber rotatably. The main shaft includes an enlarged diameter portion on one end of the shaft which is attached to the orbiting scroll and a small diameter portion on the end of the shaft which is attached to the orbiting scroll and extending between the first frame and the second frame for driving the orbiting scroll. A first bearing is disposed between the main shaft in the first frame for supporting the main shaft at a position between the orbiting scroll end of the shaft. A second bearing is disposed between the main shaft and the second frame for supporting the main shaft at a position proximate opposite the end of the shaft.The main shaft has an eccentric hole at the upper enlarged diameter portion thereof that can receive the shaft of the orbiting scroll. The main shaft has an oil passage connecting the lower end of the shaft, that is dipped into an oil pan, to the upper end of the shaft at the eccentric hole. The passage is structured to suck oil from the oil pan to the eccentric hole during rotation of the shaft. The eccentric hole has oil holes and passages that permit lubrication to flow to the appropriate bearings.
