The plates have fluid flow channels 7, 8 which are arranged so that the reaction mixture flows through the heat exchanger 4 in a first flow path direction and the heat-transfer medium used in the heat exchanger 4 flows through the heat exchanger 4 in a second flow path direction. The plates 5, 6 in the heat exchanger 4 are joined to one another by hard soldering.
