摘要: The invention relates to a reactor system for oxidative coupling of methane (OCM), comprising: reactor system for oxidative coupling of methane (OCM), comprising: (a) an inlet configured to receive a reactant mixture; (b) a reaction chamber having an upstream end and a downstream end such that the reaction chamber extends from the upstream end to the downstream end, and the reaction chamber comprises a catalyst bed having a catalyst composition having at least two catalyst components: (i) a low selectivity catalyst component; and (ii) a high selectivity catalyst component; and (c) an outlet configured to recover a C2+ hydrocarbon product mixture from the reactor system; wherein the reactor system is configured such that the reactant mixture substantially contacts the high selectivity catalyst component prior to contacting the low selectivity catalyst component. The invention further describes a process for the production of C2+ hydrocarbon product mixture using the present reactor system.

摘要: A method of desulfurizing a sulfur-containing hydrocarbon feedstock includes introducing the sulfur-containing hydrocarbon feedstock within a reactor in the presence of a gas atmosphere and a catalyst structure, where the catalyst structure comprises a zeolite porous support structure including gallium (Ga) and molybdenum (Mo) loaded in the zeolite porous support structure. The gas atmosphere can include methane. At least 50% of sulfur content can be removed from the feedstock as a result of the desulfurizing method.

摘要: The present disclosure provides molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies and a catalyst thereof. A preparation method for the molecular sieves include the following steps: mixing a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali R with an aluminum source and a silicon source to obtain a sol-gel precursor, putting the sol-gel precursor into a closed hydrothermal synthesis reactor for reaction, filtering the reaction solution, washing, drying, and calcination to obtain the molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies. The molecular sieves and the catalyst thereof can be directly synthesized under mild conditions with a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali as a structure-directing agent and a phosphorus source, have a pH value of 6-9 and low requirements for corrosion resistance of production devices, and are suitable for large-scale production.

摘要: Disclosed are a catalyst for oxidative coupling reaction of methane, a method for preparing the same, and a method for oxidative coupling reaction of methane using the same. The catalyst includes a mixed metal oxide, which is a mixed oxide of metals including sodium (Na), tungsten (W), manganese (Mn), barium (Ba) and titanium (Ti). It is possible to obtain paraffins, such as ethane and propane, and olefins, such as ethylene and propylene, with high efficiency through the method for oxidative coupling reaction of methane using the catalyst.

摘要: A chemical reactor for use in a chemical process wherein a reactant and/or a target product is prone to produce undesirable byproducts through secondary reactions. The reactor is configured with a first flow passage for passing a flow of an overly reactive reactant; a permeable first wall for controlled flow of the overly reactive reactant into a second flow passage providing a flow of a second reactant; a permeable second wall having a catalyst supported on an inner surface thereof for catalyzing reaction of the reactants flowing in the second flow passage; the permeable second wall passing through a flow containing the target product; and a non-permeable third wall defining a third flow passage for exiting the product mixture. The reactor can be employed in selective oxidation, oxidative dehydrogenation, and alkylation processes to reduce the formation of byproducts.

摘要: A chemical reactor system includes: a feed; a methane oxychlorination catalyst, wherein a product of an oxychlorination reaction is dichloromethane; and a dichloromethane conversion catalyst, wherein the dichloromethane conversion catalyst provides a product stream having a dichloromethane selectivity less than 5%. The addition of the dichloromethane conversion catalyst to the reactor bed can decrease the amount of dichloromethane produced and increase the amount of monochloromethane produced. Accordingly, dichloromethane does not have to be separated from the product stream and the monochloromethane can then be used to produce other products, such as olefins.
