Abstract: A freight vehicle has a frame defining a support surface for the goods to be transported, a plurality of rubberized wheel assemblies with suspensions, the height of which can be adjusted to shift the support surface between a lowered loading position and a raised transport position, and a driver's cab arranged beneath said support surface; the cab being coupled to, and overhanging, the frame by means of an articulated quadrilateral transmission unit and being shifted by pneumatic actuators configured to vertically move the whole cab in relation to the support surface between two extreme end positions, one approaching the support surface and one spaced apart from said support surface, and to arrange the cab in a cushioned intermediate position for the transport of the goods.

Abstract: A transport vehicle is driven by a hydraulic closed circuit system having a variable displacement pump to send an operating fluid to a delivery branch and receive the operating fluid from a return branch, a plurality of hydraulic motors connected to the delivery branch and to the return branch in order to drive relative wheels of the vehicle, a command and control unit to control the pump and the hydraulic motors in an ordinary advancing condition of the vehicle and command and control unit, which is configured to intervene in case of faults or malfunctions of the pump and to control a valve so as to establish a connection between the delivery branch and the return branch regardless of the control of the command and control unit of the pump and of the hydraulic motors.

Abstract: A hydropneumatic system for suspensions of vehicle wheel assemblies is provided, for each suspension, with a respective hydropneumatic cylinder having a first and a second body, which can move axially relative to each other and define respective chambers, axially separated from each other via a piston element; the latter is coupled in a fluid-tight manner to the second body and floats between two stroke end positions in response to the pressures in the two chambers; the two chambers of each hydropneumatic cylinder communicate respectively with a hydraulic supply line and with a pneumatic supply line; the system further has a pressurization device which sets the pressure in the pneumatic supply line to a value at least equal to the pressure in the hydraulic supply line.
