摘要: A hydraulic motor pump unit for pressurising a hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic circuit. The motor pump unit includes a motor having a motor stator holding a circular array of coils and a motor rotor having a motor rotor body having an outer circumferential rotor surface holding a circular array of magnets. The motor rotor body is positioned within the motor stator holding the magnets opposite the coils. A pump is drivable connected to the motor rotor. A housing body provided with a pump chamber for housing the pump and a cylindrically shaped coil support for supporting the circular array of coils. The housing comprises at least one housing end cap which is connected to the coil support which housing end cap is provided with a fin pattern for an air cooling of the housing to an environment.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to suspension systems, control methods, and vehicles. One example suspension system includes a suspension assembly, a driver, a controller, a compressor, and a gas tank. The suspension assembly has a gas spring and a height sensor. The gas tank contains gas, the gas tank is connected to the compressor through a first ventilation pipe, and the compressor is connected to the gas spring through a second ventilation pipe. A first switch valve is disposed on the first ventilation pipe, and a second switch valve is disposed on the second ventilation pipe. The driver is separately electrically connected to the controller, the compressor, the first switch valve, the second switch valve, and the height sensor. The suspension system is installed between a wheel and a vehicle body of the vehicle.

摘要: In one embodiment, one or more suspension systems of a vehicle may be used to mitigate motion sickness by limiting motion in one or more frequency ranges. In another embodiment, an active suspension may be integrated with an autonomous vehicle architecture. In yet another embodiment, the active suspension system of a vehicle may be used to induce motion in a vehicle. The vehicle may be used as a testbed for technical investigations and/or as a platform to enhance the enjoyment of video and/or audio by vehicle occupants. In some embodiments, the active suspensions system may be used to perform gestures as a means of communication with persons inside or outside the vehicle. In some embodiments, the active suspensions system may be used to generate haptic warnings to a vehicle operator or other persons in response to certain road situations.

摘要: A vehicle height control system and method of increasing a vehicle height of a vehicle having a vehicle body and at least one axle assembly. The vehicle height control system includes a pressurized fluid, and a plurality of air springs provided to support at least one section of the body of the vehicle above at least one axle of the vehicle and configured to adjust the height the vehicle relative to the ground in response to the supply and discharge of the fluid. A control assembly of the vehicle height control system configured to receive user input indicative of a vehicle height adjustment operation desired by a user has a piston unit fluidically interconnected with the pressurized fluid supply system via a first control valve and is operable to adjust the vehicle height by adjusting a second control valve interposed between the pressurized fluid supply system and the air springs.

摘要: A vehicle includes a passenger capsule having a first end and a second end, a front module coupled to the first end of the passenger capsule and including a front axle assembly, a rear module coupled to the second end of the passenger capsule and including a rear axle assembly, and a braking system. The braking system includes a pump, an actuator including a rod that extends through a brake housing to apply a biasing force to a brake and inhibit movement of the vehicle, and a line coupling the pump to the actuator. Engagement of the pump provides a pressurized fluid flow through the line that overcomes the biasing force and releases the brake.

摘要: A military vehicle includes a chassis, a front axle coupled to the chassis, a rear axle coupled to the chassis, and a suspension system. The suspension system include a front suspension assembly and a rear suspension assembly. The front suspension assembly is positioned between the chassis and the front axle. The rear suspension assembly is positioned between the chassis and the rear axle. Each of the front suspension assembly and the rear suspension assembly includes a first spring, a second spring, a first hydraulic damper, and a second hydraulic damper. The first hydraulic damper and the second hydraulic damper of at least one of the front suspension assembly or the rear suspension assembly are cross-plumbed to provide a hydraulic body roll control function and eliminate the need for an anti-roll bar.
