    Abstract: A freight vehicle has a frame defining a support surface for the goods to be transported, a plurality of rubberized wheel assemblies with suspensions, the height of which can be adjusted to shift the support surface between a lowered loading position and a raised transport position, and a driver's cab arranged beneath said support surface; the cab being coupled to, and overhanging, the frame by means of an articulated quadrilateral transmission unit and being shifted by pneumatic actuators configured to vertically move the whole cab in relation to the support surface between two extreme end positions, one approaching the support surface and one spaced apart from said support surface, and to arrange the cab in a cushioned intermediate position for the transport of the goods.

    Abstract: A semi-trailer for transporting a load to be moved has a wheeled front module having a right-hand front row and a left-hand front row of front bogies each provided with a respective hydraulic suspension driven by its own hydraulic cylinder; a wheeled rear module comprising a right-hand rear row and a left-hand rear row of rear bogies each provided with a respective hydraulic suspension driven by its own hydraulic cylinder; a coupling unit of the wheeled front module for the coupling to a tractor and comprising a pair of hydraulic jacks for transferring a part of the load to be moved to the tractor; a first hydraulic unit interposed between the hydraulic cylinders of the front and rear rows of bogies and configured in such a way that the sum of the instantaneous load-supporting pressures acting on the hydraulic cylinders of the right front row and of the cylinders of the left-hand rear row is equal to the sum of the instantaneous pressures controlling the cylinders of the left-hand front row and of the cylinders of the right rear row; and a second hydraulic unit configured to control the hydraulic jacks based on the sum of the instantaneous load-supporting pressures acting on the hydraulic cylinders of said right front row and of said left-hand front row.

    Abstract: A device for handling an artifact of substantially cylindrical shape, having a bed (10) and supporting means fixed to the bed (10) and connected to actuators. The supporting means being positioned along at least an arc of circumference lying in a plane orthogonal to the development axis α of the bed (10) and having rolling elements (3) adapted to support and handle an artifact, at least one of them being motorized. Each rolling element (3) is connected to one of a plurality of corresponding actuators operatively connected to each other and adapted to regulate a movement of the rolling elements (3) in response to forces exerted by the artifact on each rolling element (3), in such a way as to distribute the forces uniformly on each rolling element (3) to position one or more resultants of the forces in one or more points.
