Abstract: A vehicle with sound monitoring, having a cabin interior configured to transport one or more occupants, an interior microphone located in the cabin interior for detecting interior sound, a navigation device for detecting a geographic location of the vehicle, and a controller to determine sound ordinance rules with a sound limit based on the detected location, the controller further determining an exterior sound level based on the detected interior sound with the interior microphone, wherein the controller further generates an output indicative of the detected exterior sound level relative to the sound limit.

Abstract: A vehicle including a detection unit and a processor is disclosed. The detection unit may be configured to capture images outside the vehicle. The processor may obtain inputs from the detection unit, and determine that the vehicle may be within a predefined distance of a car wash entry point associated with a car wash station. The processor may determine a first action to be performed when the vehicle is within the predefined distance. The first action includes one or more steps. The processor may be configured to output a first notification to perform a first step, determine that the first step is completed, and output a second notification to perform a second step responsive to a determination that the first step is completed. The processor is further configured to determine that the second step is completed, and output a third notification when the first and second steps are completed.

Abstract: A vehicle includes at least one camera that captures at least one image of a region external to the vehicle. The vehicle includes an environmental control system of the vehicle having at least one of lighting control and climate control for the vehicle. The vehicle includes control circuitry configured to process a first set of images of the plurality of images at a first sampling rate, determine a brightness condition of the region external to the vehicle based on processing the first set of images, process a second set of images of the plurality of images at a second sampling rate different than the first sampling rate, detect a shift in the brightness condition based on the second set of images, and control the environmental control system in response to the shift in the brightness condition.

An imaging device is in the compartment and configured to capture an image of the region external to the vehicle through the window. Control circuitry is in communication with the imaging device and configured to receive the image from the imaging device, detect an obstruction in the image data corresponding to a substance on the window, and generate an output in response to the detection of the obstruction, wherein the imaging device is disposed within 50 millimeters (mm) from the window.

Abstract: A detection system for a vehicle includes a first time-of-flight module configured to emit and receive a first wireless transmission range to capture first positional information about a compartment of the vehicle. The control circuitry is configured to communicate an output to indicate the at least one attribute of the interaction.

Abstract: Upon determining a confidence score for challenge biometric data for a user of an object is less than a first confidence threshold, a confirmation confidence score for the challenge biometric data is determined based on a remote confidence score for the challenge biometric data received from a remote computer. Upon determining that the confirmation confidence score is greater than a second confidence threshold, a user status of the user is determined based on an authenticator. The user status is one of authorized or not authorized. The second confidence threshold is less than the first confidence threshold. Upon determining that the confirmation confidence score is less than or equal to the second confidence threshold, the user status is determined based on supplemental biometric data. Object components are controller based on the user status.

Abstract: A vehicle parking assist system is disclosed. The vehicle parking assist system may include a transceiver configured to receive parking space information, a memory configured to store vehicle information, and a processor. The processor may be configured to generate a first instruction for a first vehicle wheel and a second instruction for a second vehicle wheel based on the parking space information and the vehicle information. Based on the first instruction and the second instruction, the processor may cause vehicle movement to park a vehicle in a parking space. The processor may be configured to obtain a trigger event, and generate a third instruction for the first vehicle wheel and a fourth instruction for the second vehicle wheel based on the first instruction and the second instruction. Based on the third instruction and the fourth instruction, the processor may cause vehicle movement to exit the vehicle from the parking space.
