摘要: A method of controlling operation of a vehicle is disclosed, wherein the method comprises the steps of monitoring a wheel slip of the wheels arranged at at least one leading wheel axle, and controlling a wheel torque of the wheels arranged at at least one trailing wheel axle based on the monitored wheel slip, a speed of the vehicle relative to the surface, and the distance/distances between the at least one leading wheel axle and the at least one trailing wheel axle. The present disclosure further relates to a computer program product, a computer readable medium, a control arrangement, and a vehicle.

摘要: A method for controlling a braking system of a motor vehicle that includes a plurality of wheels, at least one electric motor as a drive, a service brake and a vehicle dynamic control system. The wheels can be braked by a deceleration torque applied by the service brake and at least partially by a deceleration torque (ME) applied by the electric motor where slippage which arises as a result of braking and/or of intervention by the vehicle dynamic control system is regulated at least primarily through adjustment of the deceleration torque applied by the electric motor. When necessary, a drive torque is applied to regulate slippage or to cause a locked wheel to rotate by the electric motor.

The method also includes determining a desired yaw rate and a desired yaw acceleration for the ego vehicle based on the identified path. The method further includes determining a desired yaw moment for the ego vehicle based on the desired yaw rate and the desired yaw acceleration. In addition, the method includes distributing the desired yaw moment to multiple wheels of the ego vehicle such that the distributed desired yaw moment creates lateral movement of the ego vehicle during travel along the identified path. In some cases, the desired yaw rate and the desired yaw acceleration for the ego vehicle may be determined based on nonlinear kinematics of the ego vehicle, and the desired yaw moment for the ego vehicle may be determined based on a single-track dynamic model of the ego vehicle.

The processor is configured to estimate a grade of the roadway based on the perception data, provide a first control input to the autonomous vehicle based on the grade of the roadway, determine a response of the autonomous vehicle to the first control input based on the perception data, estimate a trailer load of the trailer based on the response of the autonomous vehicle to the first control input, and provide a second control input to the autonomous vehicle based on the grade of the roadway and the trailer load.

摘要: A method for restarting an engine of a vehicle stopped on a grade, comprising the steps of engaging a gear of a transmission through which the engine and wheels of the vehicle are drivably connected mutually, using brake pressure to engage wheel brakes and produce a road gradient wheel torque that holds the vehicle stationary on the grade, initiating an engine restart, operating the engine to produce wheel torque equal to or greater than the road gradient wheel torque, and releasing the brake pressure.
