Abstract: A phase difference film includes a small change in tint when the film is applied to a display device as a circularly polarizing plate in combination with a polarizer display device being observed from an oblique direction at all azimuthal angles. The gas barrier layer contains a crystalline resin, has a layer thickness of 0.1 μm to 10 μm, has a layer oxygen permeability of 60 cc/m2·day·atm or less, and is directly arranged on at least one surface of the wavelength selective absorption layer.
