Abstract: Provided are a storage container, a microneedle unit, a storage container group, and a method of producing a microneedle unit that enable protection of a microneedle array before puncture and realization of a puncturing property of the microneedle array using a simple member.
The storage container, which stores a microneedle array including a sheet having a first surface and a second surface that oppose each other and a plurality of needles arranged on the first surface of the sheet, includes a first member having an edge portion that defines a second opening and a second member having a depression, in which the microneedle array is stored by superimposing the second member on the first member, and the second member and the first member are deformed by applying a force to the second member in a state in which the second member is superimposed on the first member, and the needles of the microneedle array are allowed to protrude from the first member to puncture a skin.

Abstract: A bonding target object and a film including a layer having lower toughness than the bonding target object are disposed between a set of pressurization molds, which have pressurization surfaces disposed so as to face each other and in which opening holes are formed in the pressurization surfaces. A first edge on the opening hole side of the pressurization surface of a first pressurization mold, out of the set of pressurization molds, which faces the film is positioned further inside the opening hole than a second edge on the opening hole side of the pressurization surface of a second pressurization mold which faces the bonding target object. The pressing target portion of the film which is pressed by the set of pressurization molds is bonded to the bonding target object by sandwiching the bonding target object and the film with the set of pressurization molds to be pressed.

Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing a microneedle array in which an active ingredient is concentrated at a tip while an active ingredient content is guaranteed. In order to achieve the object, a method of manufacturing a microneedle array in which needle-like recessed portions of a mold are filled with a liquid to form one dose of a patch includes determining a filling amount of the liquid from a difference in mass of the mold before and after filling of the liquid, determining a filling state of the liquid in the mold filled with the liquid, sucking the mold in which the filling amount and the filling state of the liquid are determined to be normal from a rear face, and evaporating and drying a solvent of the liquid of the sucked mold.

Abstract: A background image is acquired by imaging an opening plate as a background of an original document in a state where the original document is not arranged. Next, an original document including background image is acquired by imaging the same range as the background image in a state where the original document is arranged on an upper surface of the opening plate. Next, a difference image is generated by subtracting the background image from the original document including background image. In addition, an inverse difference image is generated by subtracting the original document including background image from the background image. A region of the original document is detected based on the difference image and the inverse difference image.
