摘要： A process for producing a support belt for an elevator system includes steps of: placing at least one cable-shaped tension support in position; embedding the tension support in a first belt layer made from a first plasticizable material to produce a partial belt having a first outer surface and a surface which forms a connecting plane, wherein parts of the tension support project out of the connecting plane and at least parts of the projecting portion of the tension support are covered by the first plasticizable material; and integrally forming a second belt layer made from a second plasticizable material on the connecting surface of the partial belt and the projecting portions of the tension support so as to produce a support belt having the first outer surface on the side of the first belt layer and a second outer surface on the side of the second belt layer.

摘要： An elevator has a mechanical linear drive arranged laterally at an elevator shaft head to drive at least one belt that moves a car and a counterweight in the shaft. The belt is fixed in the shaft at opposite ends and extends about a drive wheel of the elevator drive. Deflection rollers of the drive determine the angle of encirclement of the belt on the drive wheel.

摘要： A suspension means end connector has first and second wrapping elements that are arranged in a housing, the housing may have a back wall, side walls and an open side housing that is opposite to the back wall. The side walls taper and form with the back wall and a yoke a suspension element to accommodate a suspension bolt. A poly V belt serves as the suspension means. A belt is laid around the first wrapping element in a first loop, around the second wrapping element in a second loop, and again around the first wrapping element in a third loop that runs opposite to the first loop. The end of the belt is then held fast by means of a clamp or wedging device. Ribs of the first and third loops mutually engage, as a result of which the coefficient of friction in the engaged section is increased.
