    摘要: An in-mold reprint manufacturing system for thin film texture includes a texture reprint device having a first mold and a second mold and an injection molding machine having a foil feeder, a foil feeder rewinder, a cavity moving plate, and a core fastening plate. The first mold and the second mold of the texture reprint device are pressed onto a thin film to generate a texture on the thin film. The foil feeder and the foil feeder rewinder continuously make the thin film with the texture pass through the core fastening plate. The cavity moving plate has a repeated movement to the core fastening plate to produce a product with the texture by the injection molding way. An in-mold reprint manufacturing method for thin film texture is also disclosed.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes applying an organic material onto a substrate that is mounted on a supporting plate, contacting a surface of the mold on which a predetermined pattern is formed with the organic material, disposing the supporting plate an at angle, and pressing the mold while rotating the pressure roller. Therefore, the apparatus and method for manufacturing a display device according to the embodiment of the present invention have advantages that bubbles generated from the organic material are removed by using an inclined supporting plate and rotating the pressure roller in a direction opposite to the moving direction, thereby suppressing the formation of the bubbles.

    摘要: A molding method and a metal-covered plastic component such as partial or entire fascia, body side moldings, and the like, which have bright surface requirements and which includes a film sheet and a one-piece thermoplastic elastomeric structural carrier are provided. The film sheet includes a decorative layer of metal such as chrome. A plastic layer of the film sheet on which the layer of metal is formed is selected from a group consisting of polyester, polyurethane and polycarbonate. A bottom contact surface of the film sheet bonds with a front contact surface of the structural carrier by diffusion between the contact surfaces thereof within a mold cavity of an injection mold separate from the step of forming a preform which is securely positioned within the injection mold during injection molding to form the plastic part.
